Dieses spektakuläre Ferienhaus am Meer, das für 2017 komplett neu ist, wird Ihre Erwartungen übertreffen! Es wurde kein Detail außer Acht gelassen, um einen atemberaubenden Meerblick sowie alle zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten zu bieten, nach denen Sie gesucht haben. Dieses Haus liegt am Surfside Beach, nur 8 km südlich des internationalen Flughafens Myrtle Beach. Pünktlich zur Ferienzeit 2017 wird es komplett renoviert, neu eingerichtet und professionell in ruhigen Seeglasfarben dekoriert. Ideal für Familien, verfügt es über 4 Schlafzimmer / 4 Bäder (alle mit Flachbildfernseher und angrenzendem oder angeschlossenem Badezimmer) und einen kinderfreundlichen Loft-Bereich mit eigenem Flachbildfernseher. Atlantic Dawn bietet Platz für bis zu 14 Personen. Bettwäsche wird ohne Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles was Sie von zu Hause brauchen, sind Ihre eigenen Strandtücher!

Atlantic Dawn liegt direkt am unberührten Surfside Beach und bietet einen spektakulären Meerblick! Genießen Sie den atlantischen Sonnenaufgang und Ihren Morgenkaffee auf der Terrasse am Meer. Verbringen Sie den Tag am Strand, indem Sie die private Strandpromenade entlanggehen, die direkt von Ihrem Deck über die Sanddüne zur Brandung führt. Oder genießen Sie einen Tag am privaten Pool.

Everything was wonderful. The owners were very helpful and informative. We liked the layout allot. You can walk straight to the beach from the deck. Pool was kept clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. One perk we really liked was the ice machine to fill our coolers! Excellent!!

Atlantic Dawn & Surfside Beach- My Daughters new favorite place!

We had a fabulous week with our family at Atlantic Dawn, the property was everything as described. The house has a great floor plan with plenty of room.The pool and spa was a nice feature that the grandkids loved. They have plenty of beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and toys for the kids at the beach. Paul and Molly had some great recommendations for restaurants and If you enjoy seafood and enjoy cooking the Seven Seas Seafood Market is the place to go. We definitely plan on going back again and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to have a great oceanfront vacation!

Beach Heaven!

This is a beautiful property right on the beach with a large pool and hot tub. It is well kept, clean, and stocked with everything you need. Molly and Paul responded quickly to our questions and our family of 13 loved it so much that we booked for 2022 during our stay! It was the first time I rented a private house for our annual family vacation rather than staying at a resort and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Paul and Molly for a memorable vacation!

A gem of a rental

Beautiful, clean rental. Stocked with everything you could need. We always roll into town with a carful of stuff, but probably could have packed a bag of clothes and nothing else and done just fine. Owners were very helpful - answering questions prior to the trip and resolving a pool hiccup while we were there. I’d recommend this house to anyone!

The owners are great. Excellent communication. The property is as shown, nothing sketchy or hidden. Others have said all the positives, the only thing i can add is that the WIFI works well, my son was able to telecommute for work. Also if you rent in the shoulder season you can buy gas for the pool heater and have a warm pool. Honestly hard to know whatelse you could want in a place.

Beautiful house

The house was absolutely beautiful and had incredible views of the ocean. I would say the only bad thing is the location. If your a light sleeper bring a noise maker as your super close to your neighbors and we’re had some very loud ones way into the night hours. But besides that the pool and hot tub were a hit with my kids. Not having to worry about being bathing towels and bed stuff was really nice when it came to packing.

A perfect week

First, I want to say that the owner of this property is easily the best I have ever worked with. Responsive, helpful and always available, Paul was really great to work with. The house was immaculate. It was clean, well appointed and the location was perfect for our needs. We were able to sit on the balcony every morning and watch the sunrise. Any time of day it was a perfect view with the sounds of the Atlantic in the background. The heated pool was great and despite a few hiccups, which were more than made up for by the owner, we were able to make use of it every day. The area is really nice and the restaurants that were recommended by the owners were mostly really good. Drunken Jack's in Murrel's Inlet was easily the best. All in all when I say that this was a perfect spot and a perfect week I am not exaggerating. Thanks again to the Ritcheys and we will be back!

Great Place!

Atlantic Dawn is a great place! The pictures on VRBO were totally accurate and the location of house to the ocean was perfect for our family vacation. Having a pool to relax at after the beach was also a definite plus as the kiddos liked to move from the ocean to the pool constantly. There was plenty of space for our nine people and the kids loved the bunk beds. I’d also like to add that having an ice maker was definitely appreciated! We will totally book this property again!

Everything you need for a stay at the beach

We rent a house every year and now we found the perfect one. It checked all the boxes for us… A porch from which to watch the ocean, A dinner table that seats eight and a living room that also accommodates eight comfortably, a pool, a hot tub, not a long long walk out to the beach and a kitchen that is fully stocked with anything you would need to prepare meals at the beach. The owners are terrific to work with and we no longer have to look for a new place every year!

We had a great week. The pool and hottub were so much fun. The ocean was warm and really cool to play in. The stuff to use in the outside closet there was very nice to have. We loved it. The kitchen is really filled with everything you would need to make great meals. The owners are unreal and so friendly and helpful. They answer your questions immediately! After years of dreaming of owning property at the beach, our family finally found the perfect 'home away from home' in “Atlantic Breeze” In 2016 we also acquired “Atlantic Dawn” Immediately adjacent to Atlantic Breeze, we have spent many hours working on our homes and have put a lot of 'blood, sweat and tears' into making this 2-home compound a vacation getaway we're proud of and know you'll enjoy!

We're land-locked Ohioans who dream year-round of spending time at the beach. We have found that no matter what the season, the mild climate and magnificent ocean views of Surfside Beach allow us to unwind and spend quality time together.
