Dieses spektakuläre Ferienhaus am Meer wird Ihre Erwartungen übertreffen! Vor kurzem renoviert, wurde kein Detail außer Acht gelassen, da Sie einen atemberaubenden Meerblick sowie alle zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten, nach denen Sie gesucht haben, genießen können. Dieses Haus liegt am Surfside Beach, nur 8 km südlich des internationalen Flughafens Myrtle Beach. Pünktlich zur Ferienzeit 2014 wurde es komplett renoviert, neu eingerichtet und professionell in ruhigen Seeglasfarben dekoriert. Es ist ideal für Familien und verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer / 4 Bäder und einen kinderfreundlichen Loftbereich mit einem eigenen Flachbild-TV und einem DVD-Player. Es bietet Platz für bis zu 14 Personen.

Umfangreiche Decks wickeln sich vollständig um zwei Seiten des Hauses und bieten einen spektakulären Meerblick! Genießen Sie den atlantischen Sonnenaufgang und Ihren Morgenkaffee auf der Terrasse des Hauptschlafzimmers am Meer. Verbringen Sie den Tag am Strand, indem Sie nur ein paar Schritte durch den privaten Garten und den Fußweg zur Brandung gehen, oder entspannen Sie sich am beheizten * Privatpool.

If you read both the review before and the review after this one you can see why we are puzzled. This home is direct ocean front with no houses either directly in front of or to the north of Atlantic Breeze. It has a direct ocean view and is literally just steps away from the beach. We have never had a negative comment about the view before. I'm sorry you were disappointed in any way.

Great family vacay spot

Beautiful spot away from Myrtle Beach hustle and bustle. Awesome views of the beach from the house and short walk there too! Loved the porches to hang out and enjoy the scenery. Owners were great to work with and very informative. I am grateful they share their property to make memories with family.

A week of bliss

The house was beautiful and had so much space! We had plenty of space to move around and if we needed alone time we had space to do so. Direct access to the beach was amazing, along with the private pool and golf cart. We enjoyed everything we could and we loved that they had furniture for toddlers!

Wonderful beach home!

The owners have thought of everything in this lovely beach home, and it actually feels like a home, not a rental. The kitchen is well-stocked, the linens are nice, and everything was very clean. We liked the access code on the door, so we didn't have to worry about sharing (and losing) keys among our group. The location on the beach is perfect for families. With the private access and proximity, kids and adults can go back and forth without having to pack everything up. We enjoyed everything about this place and would definitely return on our next trip to Surfside!

Beautiful House and Beautiful View

The Atlantic Breeze was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Everything was clean when we arrived and felt right at home. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and updated. Beds were very comfortable. The balconies were fantastic. Stunning views and we loved the rocking chairs. The pool was great too. We liked that it was partially shaded so we could cool off and be put of the sun when we wanted. The moms with little kids who loved jumping in the pool really liked that they could touch the bottom in the whole pool. This was a great location and highly recommend it. The hosts were fantastic too!

Amazing Location

We were thrilled to find this beach house for our first vacation in over a year! The home is beautiful and the owners thought of everything you could need! Kitchen was well stocked and with new-looking items, which is always a plus. Beds were super comfy to sleep on! The access to the beach was absolutely perfect...with 3 little ones, it made the trips back and forth so much easier. The pool was amazing because it is mostly covered and so you can get away from the hot sun or the rain. We were also impressed with the outdoor chairs because they had plenty and in great shape. So many things about this house made it all a wonderful experience. Molly and Paul were very accommodating and responsive to any needs we had!! Would highly recommend this beach house!

Thanks, Amy! Our goal is to always make your stay as hassle-free as possible. We, too, love the fact that the pool is partially covered. It allows some shade for those who don't want to get sunburned or some sunshine for those who like to tan. We're glad your post-covid vacation was a happy one!

Great house - Great hostess/host!

We came to the beach with our two adult children, their spouses, and their children. We have been visiting the Myrtle Beach area for six/seven years. Each year has been fun but this year was clearly the best. Surfside Beach was exactly what we were looking for. This house was in a great location, We were able to enjoy the beach with our own beach access. The beach was not crowded and was well kept by the town. The house had just the right amount of room for the 11 of us. We prepared most of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped. It was great having our own pool. The kids loved that. Molly and Paul were so helpful. They provided the routine house information but also gave recommendations for activities and restaurants. I would highly recommend them and this location.

Great fun at Atlantic Breeze

There was very relaxing atmosphere. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook with. We especially appreciate the ice machine, it was used a lot. There was a wide variety of videos to watch, the kids really enjoyed that. The decks were great to sit and watch the ocean and sunrise. Having never rented a beach house before, we weren’t sure what to expect. The grandkids loved the pool and all the pool toys and beach toys that were there. It was great having our private walkway to the beach. The beach at Surfside was really nice. It wasn’t crowded at all. There are few things we would recommend. We would have liked to have the tub/shower in the downstairs master like you advertised. The hot tub worked fine, but it would have been nice to have a bigger one. Someone who is tall like me could fit in it better. We loved the house and looking forward to returning next year.

Thanks for staying with us, Jim! We're glad you enjoyed your week! We apologize that our listing still says "tub/shower combo." We just re-modeled that bath as you could probably tell, but I forgot I needed to change the listing to "walk-in tile shower with seat." I will do that immediately. A new hot tub will be coming at the end of the season when we can work without disturbing guests. Thanks for your feedback.
