Dieses Haus ist neu auf dem Vermietungsmarkt und das unglaublich schöne Strandhaus kann all Ihre Familienferien und Feiern beherbergen!

712 Maldonado Drive wird professionell von Paradise Beach Homes verwaltet.

Hochzeiten sind auch willkommen und das Haus ist zu einem extrem hohen Standard fertig (die Küche ist UNGLAUBLICH!) mit sechs Schlafzimmern, 3. 5 Bädern, zwei massiven Decks mit Blick auf den Golf und das Haus bietet Platz für insgesamt 20! Das Haus hat einen direkten Blick auf den Golf und es ist nur einen sehr kurzen 500-minütigen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt, um Ihre Füße in die Brandung / den Sand zu legen. Sowohl unter dem Haus als auch in den beiden Einfahrten sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, um große Gruppen unterzubringen. Der private Pool mit Travertin-Deck kann für die kühleren Monate beheizt werden. Das Haus verfügt über einen König Meister mit eigenem Bad, drei Queen-Zimmer, von denen zwei ein Bad in der Halle und zwei ein Jack-and-Jill-Bad teilen, und es gibt auch zwei zusätzliche Zimmer mit Doppel über Doppelkoje Betten und ein einziges Rollbett. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über drei Sofas für ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten. Eines davon ist ein Schlafsofa mit Memory-Schaum-Matratze.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked this house for my wedding- the house and location were perfect for my wedding! The interior design offered a spacious area to get ready in with incredible natural lighting. The balconies were beautiful for portraits and the under house area was perfect for the reception. There was a good amount of parking and the house was walking distance to the beach. Only complaint is the linens could have been cleaner- every curtain was very dirty (they told me at check in one was dirty but every one was dirty with stains) I didn’t see all of the bedding but I know the comforter in the master suite had what appeared to be a blood stain on it also might suggest a new master bed frame.. it’s a cloth platform bed that is very stained and dirty looking- I’m sure it was beautiful at one time but the cloth is hard to keep clean. There was also random trash left out by the pool and under the house. Overall, a very nice place to stay just maybe time to update some linens and curtains.

Perfect family house

We found the perfect spot for a large family! The spacious kitchen with open floor plan made it perfect for hanging out together. Quick easy walk to the beach and the heated pool kept the littles busy. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Good stay for a large family

This house worked for the amount of people we had staying there. We had the pool heated during our stay and it was a nice thing to have. The extra frig was nice to have. We would stay again.

Perfect Getaway

Though the weather was suspect, PCB had plenty to do, and the house was a perfect home base for us to spend time together on the deck, around the pool, and in the yard. A perfect week!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean, accommodations as described and overall met our needs. We would recommend a beach cart and some beach chairs for future guests. We did advise the property management that one pool light was not working. It was supposed to be repaired, but it wasn’t fixed prior to our departure.

I will send your recommendations to our Operations Manager for review. We're sorry to hear about the pool light and apologize that no one contacted you. That's certainly not the way we run our business and is very out of character for us. The pool light had to be ordered and takes time to arrive. Nonetheless, someone should have reached out to you to let you know that. We hope that you will accept our sincerest apologies and we hope you'll choose to stay with us again in the future.

A wonderful vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was beautiful! Very clean upon arrival. There was plenty of space for our family. The pool was very clean, kitchen well equipped and beds very comfortable. The property management company Paradise Beach Homes was amazing to work with! After a horrible experience with another company in Pensacola, paradise beach jones saved the day and provided excellent customer service! I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Large Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the home and pool for our vacation week with our large family! The only concerns we had were the queen beds were very hard so maybe add mattress toppers? and the kitchen could use more than two hand towels and two dish rags. The microwave went out mid-week and they came right out and brought another one after I notified them.

Much needed COVID escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a perfect escape from the midwest winter. We were there over New Years - fireworks off the front balcony were beautiful. The beach was a short walk, the ocean views were unobstructed. The fenced yard was perfect for the dog, and the heated pool was the highlight of the trip for our kids. Only half-complaint is that the tile flooring throughout made the house pretty loud.
