Eingebettet in eine exklusive Sackgasse auf einem 4 Hektar großen Grundstück, weniger als 1,6 km von Downtown Disney entfernt, bietet dieses hochmoderne Anwesen luxuriöses Wohnen und Unterhaltung vom Feinsten. Das Hotel liegt in bester Lage von Anaheim, diese einstöckigen Haus bietet den Komfort in der Nähe von Disneyland, Downtown Disney und Anaheim Convention Center. Ferner sind Knotts Berry Farm, beliebte Strände, Berge und Attraktionen / Sehenswürdigkeiten nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt.

Dieses Haus ist extrem luxuriös, elegant, glatt, und geräumig, mit einem offenen Wohn- / Ess- / Kochbereich. Mehrere Räume öffnen sich auf eine große Terrasse. Gerade renoviert von oben nach unten, sind alle Zimmer mit neuen Betten und Matratzen, neue Küche und Bäder, neue Fußböden, neue Einrichtung, Bettwäsche, und alles, was Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen.

Die Küche hat High-End-Schränke, Quarz-Arbeitsplatten und Edelstahl-Geräte. Gewürze und andere Geschirr sind vorhanden, kostenlos.

Dieses komplett renovierte Haus mit offenem Grundriss hat einen großen Garten, einen neuen beheizten Pool, eine Feuerstelle im Außenbereich, einen umzäunten Kinderspielplatz mit Spielset und eine Schaukel, einen Grill, ein Spielzimmer mit einem Billardtisch, einen Tischkicker und ein Basketball-Basketballspiel Büffet mit Außenspüle ist perfekt für die ganze Familie!

Mit Wirkung zum 1. Juli 2015 verhängte die Stadt Anaheim eine obligatorische 15% Transient Kurtaxe (TOT Tax). This house is incredible. If you are planning a Disneyland trip and have kids that enjoy water, this house can not be beat. We looked at a dozen VRBOs and this house was the perfect fit. The game room helped keep the adults entertained, while the swing set also kept our son happy in between swimming. The location is perfect for a morning Disney trip, easy Uber back, and then returning for the night parade. Would highly recommend!

If you are planning a Disney vacation this is the place to be!!! Plenty of room, clean, comfortable and FUN!!! We all loved the pool, splash pad and play area. The 5 min drive to Disney made it easy to go to the park all morning, come take a swim break and then head back to the park for the evening show.There were clear instructions on all items which was very helpful for the light and water features. Alan was responsive to all questions and all checking and check out instructions were clear.A must stay for your family vacation!!

This house is just incredible ! Traveled from Australia with our 3 boys aged 3,7,9 and it was perfect. The pool area is amazing, kids spent hours in the pool on the slide and water park. The games room, mini golf and play areas were perfect for families. The location is ideal - less then 10 min uber to Disney, much cheaper and quicker then parking at the parks, made so much easier traveling with kids. Alan was a first class host, extremely helpful. Beds were great, house was very clean and lots of space for families. 10/10 - highly recommend booking this house - we will be back!

We had an amazing stay at Alan’s home! The house is exactly as it is described in the listing. The pool and spa were perfect for a break in the day or the evening in the spa after a day at Disneyland! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood as well. For those who have younger children, there would be everything you need there for fun and accommodations…from Pack & Plays, high chairs, swing set, splash pad!! Alan was very quick to respond when I messaged him as well. We definitely will be staying there again. Thanks for a great stay in your beautiful home!!

Great place to stay and play

Our family stayed here for 5 days while we were in SoCal. The house was very clean and equipped with all the amenities. The pool was the perfect size and offered a great way to take a break from Disneyland. I would definitely stay here again .

Wonderful house close to Disney

We stayed 5 nights, and loved this house the pool area is amazing. The family almost didn’t want that area to go to Disney and Universal Studios. Highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the area. And bonus you see Disney fireworks in the backyard every night.

Better than D!sneyland

We spent two days at the Park, but the kids wanted to leave each day to go back to the VRBO house. Thank you for the terrific time with my family!

Clean, well stocked

Nice place, nice neighborhood, close to Disney. My kids liked the game room and the outdoor playset when they weren't enjoying Disneyland.

Positive Experience

Our family loved every minute of our stay. Home exceeded expectations and the owners were very nice t o interact with as well. Amazing home with everything needed within walking distance including a very short walk to Disney. We plan to stay here again.
