Great Stay

My wife and two kids stayed here for a trip to Disneyland. We couldn’t walk but saw people walking from the nearby hotels to the park. Uber was the way to go for a shorter and cheaper entrance.

Good Trip

The house is nice, the location is nice, the management was very easy to contact and quick to respond. Ample sleeping space. There are strict rules about staying at the house, but they come from the City not the owners. The owners communicated the rules well. We were close enough to come home from the park for lunch. We didn't want to walk all the way to Disneyland so we used uber, which was between 8 and 13 dollars each way and worth the flexibility. The house is a little older but most of them in the area are. We enjoyed this trip.

Absolutely wonderful! This home was perfect for our large family of 10. The layout is open and perfect for privacy at night with the center family space large and open to never feel crowded. The pool was so fun for all ages with plenty of pool toys for all We had some minor plumbing issues that were taken care of within a few minutes if a phone call to owners (very impressed by this) We rent vacation homes often all over the country and this home was by far our favorite!

We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved very quickly. The property is a 10-minute walk from Downtown Disney; it's another 15 minutes to walk through there and to the parks. We cut through the employee parking lot and took the monorail from Downtown Disney (if we were going to Disneyland rather than California Adventure) to cut down on the walking.

3 Generation Disney Trip!

We had a wonderful 3 generation Disneyland trip and stayed here with my family, my parents, and my grandma. The house was conveniently located walking distance to Disneyland, we walked back and forth all 3 days. Its still about a mile walk to get there (gotta go down a block or 2 and weave through Downtown Disney) but the double stroller and super in shape great grandma made the trek! The house met all our basic needs, the beds were comfortable, my 6 and 3 year old especially loved the slide bed, the neighborhood was quiet, and we felt very safe walking back late at night! With a little general TLC here and there it would be 5 stars (good carpet clean, few furniture items pretty worn, etc) the property manager however was wonderful with communication and any concerns I messaged them with. We left here very happy and with all good memories of our trip =)

Family Traditions

This was our second time staying at the 'Its a Small World House'. We were one of the 1st families to stay here almost 9 years ago for my sister's graduation and my daughter's 5th birthday. It was just as magical this time for my sister's 30th, my son's 16th and my niece and nephew's 3rd birthdays!!! The house is the closest walking distance to the parks! The pool was warm enough to swim in the rain! We all had a great time despite mother nature not being on our side! The only complaint anyone had was my son loved making Mickey shaped waffles every day last trip and the house no longer had the waffle maker...which is completely understandable 9 years later!😂

We had our family of four, two sets of grandparents, an aunt and her friend, so the five bedrooms were perfect for us. The pool was great for the little ones and grownups alike- we could even sort of see the fireworks from the hot tub. We were able to walk to Disney each day- through the Simba lot, onto the monorail, and into Tomorrowland in about 20 minutes. The house was very clean and in good shape- it is clear that it is a rental, but everything fit our needs just fine. Management staff was helpful and responded to needs right away. Overall, I would definitely recommend this home!

Family disneyland trip

Overall, the house was the perfect fit for our family of 6. Very clean and very close walk to disneyland. Great pool and hot tub however the pool pump was extra loud our whole pool day. We were a bit frustrated with the fact that we could not sit outside in the morning to have our morning coffee together because the hours of complete silence are between 10:00 p.m and 9:00 a.m. I can understand being quiet, but zero voices is quite extreme. Also, the check out time was 10:00 a.m. which seemed early and the cleaners showed up and knocked on our door at 9:10 a.m. We felt very rushed to exit the house even though we still had 50 minutes til check out time. Overall we loved the house, but some of the things I mentioned above made it not get a 5 star rating. People should know ahead of picking this house that their is absolutely no talking outside between 10 pm and 9 a.m.

SO Close You Can Walk!!

The house was very cute and clean, very good use of space. Very comfortable for multiple families even. Three of the 5 bedrooms have very comfortable bunk style beds with a full or queen size bed under and a full on top. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome and a lot of fun. A little scared to even open the back doors after 10 PM to go out to the car for something, with all the signs posted, but you can breathe easy...I didn't get in trouble! LOL The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood seriously walking distance to Disney Parks! Our only let down, was the "game room" in the garage. There is a foosball table, that is all. Not a huge, big deal, we enjoyed the pool. We were not there to do any of the parks, more to enjoy the house and see friends in the area, but would definitely book here if we planned to go to any parks in the area or the convention center.

Great Property, Responsive Management

The place was amazing! Spacious, clean, and the kids loved the theme rooms. The second day we were there, we accidentally locked ourselves out, but didn’t realize it until we walked home from Disneyland after midnight. We had accidentally locked a deadbolt at bedtime the night before that kept the keypad lock on the front door from letting us in. We got ahold of someone right away and we were inside in a matter of 10-15 minutes. Great management!

Perfect location for Disneyland

Our group of mine, ranging in age from 5 to 75, have a great stay! The pool was loved by the kids in the afternoons and early evenings. There was enough space for everyone to spread out in the house and yet be together. And the kids, especially the youngest one, was thrilled with the themed bedrooms. We struggled to figure out our best way to get to Disney and finally stopped at a hotel and asked for advice from a concierge. The concierge was kind enough to give us some hints. There’s a section in the information for the house for how to get to the park, but it was blank. However, with the advice of the concierge, we chose to Uber to and from the park each day, which was a great decision. we would definitely stay here again if we ever repeat this family adventure to Disneyland.

My family and I (10 of us) stayed at our first VRBO this past week and it was the best experience ever! The communication from start to finish was perfectly clear and concise. This 5 bedroom home was made just for us. Each adult couple had their own rooms and the 4 grandkids had 2 rooms with bunkbeds to share. The house is Disney themed throughout. The heated pool and spa were a perfect bonus. There is a washer and dryer, dishwasher and fully functional kitchen. Nothing is lacking here. Just a perfect stay that we all already miss! There is only one thing about this house that we all hated
leaving it! Thank you so much for making this a special stay for us!!!

Great stay

This place is great! There is constant communication with the staff. They were great! It’s a little far to walk with little kids, especially after walking all day at Disneyland or California Adventure. Well worth it.
