Im Jahr 2008 verwüstete Hurrikan Ike die Unterteilung Caplen Shore. Pelican Bluff ist die erste Heimat, die zurückkehrt. Dieses Strandhaus hat einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf vom Wohnzimmer, Hauptschlafzimmer und Gästezimmer! Die Schlafräume umfassen ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, ein Gästezimmer mit Queensize-Bett und einen Schlafraum mit 1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett. Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit sind alle Betten mit kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Bettwäsche vorgefertigt! Betten für 7 Personen sowie ein Queensize-Schlafsofa und zwei Rollbetten bieten Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen TV und einen eingebauten DVD-Player. Das Haus ist auch ein geteilter Grundriss mit Schlafzimmern auf jeder Seite des Hauses. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem großen Fernseher, WIFI und Pandora ausgestattet. Aber das Beste ist der Blick auf den Strand! Beobachten Sie den Sonnenaufgang oder Sonnenuntergang, beobachten Sie die Schiffe, die auf dem Golf fahren, und Delfine, die im Wasser tummeln. Ein kurzer Spaziergang bringt Sie zu einem abgelegenen Bereich des Strandes mit sehr wenig Verkehr. Ein zwei Meter breiter Golfwagenweg macht es einfach und schnell, zum Strand zu gelangen. Der Grill, eingebaute Picknicktische und die Außendusche im Erdgeschoss machen die Unterhaltung bei jedem Wetter einfach und angenehm. Viele Parkplätze für Gäste, Boote und Anhänger. Große gepflegte Wiese für Hufeisen und Volleyball. In Vogelbeobachtung? Da es so viel freies Land gibt und die Halbinsel Bolivar für ihre Vogelmigration bekannt ist, können die Gäste auf dem Deck sitzen und viele verschiedene Vogelarten beobachten, darunter den Roseate Spoonbill. This was one of the best homes we've stayed in so far. Its clean, has extra blankets, but Bring your own spices, oil whatever you need to cook. Do not forget to bring everything for mosquitoes, they are very aggressive! Other than that enjoy the view, the beach and create awesome memories!

Always a pleasure! Lost count over the past 9 years but have stayed at this property at least 10 times -- both short weekend getaways and most recently Mon-Fri. House is always CLEAN with comfortable beds, great a/c, ceiling fans, kitchen with everything needed, washer/dryer and Roku TVs with all the streaming apps. But the best part is the deck with unobstructed beach view and private access to the beach via an adorable bridge that is a must for photos! (Golf carts cross with ease!) If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, enjoy a slice of serenity and perch on a deck with a beach breeze or barbecue & entertain below this is for you! This trip was only 2 people, but we've had as many as 6 adults and 3 children. Owner Margene is tried & true - never had a single issue and always appreciate how she seeks feedback and looks for ways to raise her already high bar. We've returned many times for a reason, and it's been a favorite getaway for years!

What an Awesome Experience we had when we stayed! Not only was the owner very responsive if we had any questions but the location and ambiance was wonderful! There’s a personal golf cart trail right to the beach which was so convenient. We will definitely stay here anytime we come back to Crystal Beach.

The best part is they left the house in immaculate condition. I just want to clarify one comment. I am a very hands on owner. Many years ago I moved to California from Nebraska but have always missed the mid-western values and hospitality. Through the advice of my brother Mike Walz of Crystal Beach's Walz Family Builders I seized the opportunity to sell my California condominium and built on Bolivar. I appreciate the area and the hospitality. It is like coming back to my roots. I am very pleased to be able to share my home with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Since my brother owns a home and a business in Crystal Beach I have visited many times. Each time I fell more and more in love with the area. I decided to invest my retirement money here and started with Pelican Bay. It has been such a pleasant experience with wonderful, wonderful guests! So when an opportunity arose I jumped at the chance to purchase a second home. I can't wait to share this peaceful stress-free beach with you.

The most spectacular thing about Pelican Bluff is the spectacular beach front view. The front deck is 16' deep - 8' is covered and 8' is uncovered. Guests are able to enjoy the shade, read, sip a glass of wine or beer or tan in the sunshine. The family area under the house includes a shower, a two built-in picnic tables and charcoal grill. It is a wonderful area that will accommodate many family members and guests. It offers you all the comforts of home with the additional bonus of hearing and watching the surf.
