Schlafräume sind Master-Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett - Zimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Schlafraum mit 1 Satz voller Etagenbetten. Für Ihren Komfort sind alle Betten mit kostenfreier Bettwäsche vorgefertigt. Schlafsofa schläft weitere Gäste. Aber der beste Teil ist die Aussicht! Von den 3 Decks Sie den Sonnenaufgang oder Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Darüber hinaus werden Sie sehen, die Schiffe zu reisen in den Golf und die Lastkähne auf der Inter-Küstenkanal. Perfect and right on beach

We had a great time at the house and really enjoyed that it was on the beach. It was very clean and the only issue we had was that we could never get the Wi-Fi to work which means we weren’t able to use the TVs. We love the location, which is close to stingrays in the big store.

The house was just as described. Awesome beach front view, (THE VIEW!) very clean, and well laid out. Me, my 2 adult daughters and my sister were in town for a very dear friends wedding. The house was very spacious and clean, featured a well-stocked kitchen with everything you might need. Perfect Beach Location

This is our second time staying at this property with our dogs. It was the perfect location - right on the water with an easy path to the beach. We enjoyed hanging on the deck and watching the day go by - very relaxing.

Perfect Location

We loved sitting on the front deck watching the sunrise and the beach and walking right onto the beach just steps away.The house was clean and had everything we needed. The bed in the master bedroom was really soft and lumpy. I think it was the mattress pad. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was VERY hard! We ended up switching bedrooms and I liked the very firm matress and my adult daughter liked the soft lumpy one. one.one We lfrobedrooms.

Great experience

Everything was exactly what I expected at booking. I’ve read a few reviews about bedding which wasn’t a problem for me. Slept great. All the appliances worked perfectly along with ac/heating. We used both on this trip. Couldn’t ask for a better location, literally right on the beach. I hope to have the opportunity to return!

Enjoyed the short stay, but due to snow storm and travel advisories predicted we had to leave a day early. Not sure that we will be reimbursed one night's stay due to these circumstances beyond our control. Perfect and Accommodating

We met family for a cold, rainy and windy weekend but still loved every minute! The house is right on the beach! The pictures make it look like you kind of have an angle view to beach. It's direct! Your entire front view is beach! We could hear the waves when inside the house! The patio is very large and could provide alot of shade during summer. Lots of room in the house for easy movement. Loved the layout and ease of use with bathrooms. You don't have to walk into the master to use the bathroom. Both bathrooms have two doors so you don't feel like you're using someone else's bathroom. Margene was readily available to assist us with a few questions. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Perfect for our needs

We visited Crystal Beach and stayed at this property for a long weekend. It was just as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. I am particular about three things: cleanliness, plentiful towels and comfortable beds. I would rate five stars for all three! The coffee maker is drip style so leave your pods at home. The kitchen is otherwise well equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and you can’t get any closer to the beach. We absolutely loved sitting on the deck watching the tide roll in and out. Communication with the owner was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We would love to return.

Our family loves Pelican Bay!!

This was year #2 for us and it has all the comforts of home. We had a couple of rainy days but we had plenty of room to spread out and the covered deck and deck furniture allowed us to sit outside in between storms!! Many years ago I moved to California from Nebraska but have always missed the mid-western values and hospitality. Through the advice of my brother Mike Walz of Crystal Beach's Walz Family Builders I seized the opportunity to sell my California condominium and built on Bolivar. Since my brother owns a home and a business in Crystal Beach I have visited many times. Each time I fell more and more in love with the area. I decided to invest my retirement money here and I can't wait to share this peaceful stress-free beach with you.

The front deck is 16' deep - 8' is covered and 8' is uncovered. Guests are able to enjoy the shade, read, sip a glass of wine or beer or tan in the sunshine. The deck which wraps around 3 sides of the house has private doors from the Master bedroom and Guest bedroom. Each has its own romantic personal space. But the most impressive thing about this home is the spectacular beach front view. The family area under the house includes an enclosed shower, bar and 2 built-in picnic tables. It is a wonderful area that will accommodate many family members and guests. Plus it offers you all the comforts of home with the additional bonus of hearing and watching the surf.
