Das Apartment Caracas 2 ist eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für diejenigen, die einen entspannenden Urlaub in Albufeira suchen, mit modernem Komfort in einer ruhigen und zentralen Umgebung.



Der Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und hell, perfekt für Momente des Zusammenseins mit Familie oder Freunden, mit direktem Zugang zur Veranda, wo man Mahlzeiten im Freien genießen oder sich einfach in der Sonne entspannen kann.



Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei komfortable Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. Sie hat auch zwei Badezimmer, eines davon privat, was Komfort und Privatsphäre für alle Gäste garantiert.



Die unabhängige Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und bietet alle Bedingungen, um Mahlzeiten mit voller Praktikabilität zuzubereiten.



Nach außen hin bietet der Komplex einen gemeinsamen Swimmingpool, ideal zum Sonnenbaden und zum Entspannen, sowie einen privaten Außenparkplatz für mehr Komfort während des Aufenthalts.



Gelegen in einer zentralen Zone von Albufeira, befindet sich die Wohnung in der Nähe von Stränden, Supermärkten, Restaurants, Bars und anderen Annehmlichkeiten, was sie zu einer perfekten Basis macht, um alles zu erkunden, was die Region zu bieten hat.



Diese Unterkunft ist selbstversorgend. Zur größeren Bequemlichkeit können Lebensmittelkörbe (zusätzliche Kosten) im Voraus reserviert werden.

Comfortable apartment in a great central location

We had a very pleasant stay at Apartamento Caracas 2. The apartment was spacious, bright and very well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. The balcony was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the pool area was peaceful and well maintained. The location was excellent, close to supermarkets, restaurants and beaches, making it easy to explore Albufeira without needing the car too often. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely flat

We really enjoyed our holiday In Albufeira. The flat was ideal for four adults and suited us perfectly., It’s clean light and lovely to have two bathrooms. We enjoyed the swimming pool too and and easy to walk to good restaurants.

Fantastic apartment

Was very surprised at just how lovely this apartment was. Spotlessly clean, modern, hi spec, two balconies, dish washer, washing machine etc. Pool was great and clean, plenty of sunbeds. Felt very safe too with it having a secure key coded gate and another into the building. Close to amenities and 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Highly recommended this for a stay.

The property is in an excellent location between the Strip and the old town. It is part of a small, quiet and gated complex with all amenities close by. Apartment is as advertised and is very clean with everything you need. A welcome bottle of wine on arrival.

Excellent Family Accommodation

This is a superb apartment. It benefits with two large rooms, one ensuite with bath. Two large balconies so guaranteed sun throughout the whole day. Kitchen facilities excellent with all amenities provided. Extra touches with bottle of wine and chocolates upon arrival. Fantastic pool with plenty of sun loungers. Apartment in a gated community which is quiet and safe. Near to some excellent restaurants and bars ideal location. Nothing it was great . Keep doing what you have been doing.

Perfect location

The property exceded all expectations. The apartment was spotless and fully equipt with everything we could possibly need. Check in went very smooth. The pool was a great plus, we found that we had it to ourselves most days. The location was perfect. Some lovely restaurants and bars within a few minute walk. It was around 10 mins walk to the strip which we visited once and around 30 minutes to the old town. However the uber were less than 4 euros if we didnt fancy the walk both ways. I would certainly stay at this proprty again,infact were looking to book again later on in the summer.

I went to stay with four of my friends and the apartment was clean, with a lovely interior, a front and back balcony and the pool was perfect with rarely a lot of people at it. We were a 10 minute walk from the strip, and a 3 minute uber from the Old Town. If you need groceries, we would recommend the Pingo Doce which is a 10 minute walk away. The property staff were always on hand for any queries, and organised an amazing private sunset boat tour for us which was the highlight of our trip. The wi-fi could be improved and our oven didn’t work but once we reported this, staff came out to fix it within an hour. Great value for all that’s included! We would 100% stay again.

Appartement parfait

Appartement vraiment incroyable belles prestations. 2 balcons traversant des chambres spacieuses. Piscine agréable. Seul bémol isolation mauvaise. Le moindre bruit du voisinage on a l'impression qu'il est dans la même pièce que nous. Pas dérangeant la journée mais à 7h c'est pas génial.
