Lovely spot and very convenient to town, we arrived late at night and got a taxi to the property which was a good thing as we would of had a hard time finding it at night by bus. The taxi was €55 but worth it. We got the bus and tram back when we knew are bearings it only cost us €3 each.

Excellent time in Villefranche-Sur-Mer

We had no expectations of Villefranche-Sur-Mer, but we have now made a mental note as a destination to return to in the future. The apartment served our needs. Of any property, that I have rented short-term, it was the most well equipped. There were so many plates, glasses, and silver wear, that it was unnecessary to run the dishwasher, but twice the entire week. It was quite a hike to get to the waterfront of Villefranche-Sur-Mer, but we did not mind the exercise at all. If you are one, who likes exercise, this is your place. Check-in and Check out was handled without a hitch. We would definitely come back in the future.

Rasen zu hoch, 3.toilette fehlte trotz Beschreibung, Keine Schlüssel für Badezimmer und Toilette. Keine Auflagen für Gartenstühle Pool sehr angenehm. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht o.k Parkplatz sehr weit entfernt.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückkehr 2 Monate nach Ihrem Aufenthalt, ich hoffe dennoch, dass Sie einen sehr guten Aufenthalt in dieser hübschen Wohnung in einer hübschen Residenz in der Nähe aller Annehmlichkeiten hatten! Es gibt tatsächlich 1 Badezimmer und 2 Toiletten, von denen eine unabhängig ist und diese Informationen sind in der Beschreibung enthalten Gärtner zum Rasenmähen, schließlich für die Auflagen, es gibt keine Verpflichtung, sie bereitzustellen, weil diese Liegestühle sie nicht brauchen ... schließlich für den Parkplatz, der ist 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt, viele Grüße L. Lovely apartment, as described / pictured in the listing. It's about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Villefranche and there are some hills but we enjoyed the exercise. Apartment was clean, with a good king/queen size bed in one bedroom and 2 twins in the other. Kitchen was well equipped with all necessary utilities and equipment. Living room has 2 sides of the room with floor to ceiling windows, so beautifully light and sliding doors lead out onto the terrace with lawn. TV had terrestrial French, but it had an Android TV box which had some apps that could be used e.g. Netflix/Disney + (if you have an account and are happy to add your account details). Our young kids loved the pool which was huge and deep, but note that there are no sun loungers and only one bench round the pool so it wasn't the most comfortable if you weren't swimming yourself. Only negative points about our stay were the heat at night and the mosquitoes. We got lots of bites both day and night, from mosquitoes and so mosquito repellent is absolutely essential. Also there is no air conditioning in the flat, and without any nets on the windows you dared not open the windows for fear of being bitten by the bugs, so it got quite stuffy overnight. All in all though it's a lovely part of the world and would recommend the apartment.

Enjoyable stay, some faults

On arrival to pick up the keys from a restaurant, we were handed them and then the waiter and the owner turned back to what they were doing, left to our own devices to find the property and not wished a warm stay. I had to wash plates glasses cutlery again as it is the last tenants responsibility to clean them properly and not the cleaners. Many light switches and plugs do not work, it’s fun to plug your charger into every single one while you figure out which one works. A parking space is offered which is great however your flat is no where near the parking space, so it’s a pleasure to carry shopping bags up a steep hill to the flat. One of the sliding doors and two sliding windows do not lock, something I think the owners are aware of and that’s why they Heavily insist on closing the shutters and grates on each window for security. The rental company is good at responding through text, not email and not in emergency’s when tried calling when our electricity went out from the storm , no body answered for an hour. None the less, when I got a hold of them they promptly sent someone to fix it. The washing machine door is an inch off it’s hinges so you need to lift it and then close it and this should be written next to the machine otherwise you can end up not getting any washing done. Be aware that sprinklers come on at 19 and stay on for 30 minutes, and be sure to take your laundry or anything else inside at this point To avoid having to dry it twice. Something the rental company should have mentioned in the welcome pack. Other than this. The flat has a great location with a beautiful view. Not each flat has a garden so this is lovely too. As you come out of the residential property there are straight roads good for running. A small supermarket is in walking distance so is the centre of Villefranche. The flat provides you with towels, bedding, extra pillows, extra blankets, a bottle of rose and alcoholic gel on arrival. We enjoyed our stay here.

I confirm every time you called we've done our best to satisfy, I didn't have the information you had to clean dishes when you arrived (?) and also you had troubles with the plugs (?): if you required an improvment for cleaning I would have sent the lady, the electrician for the plugs as I sent it staight away when the storm and huge rains made troubles in the whole area ! I know you wished to stay longer but the apartment had an arrival the same you left. Thank you again for your confidence to stay with us, looking forward to meeting you another time in the future on the French Riviera, kind regards Lucienne !

Très agréable séjour à l’Agrianthe

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Il ne manquait que la climatisation. Nous sommes des habitués de la résidence (16eme année) mais première fois dans le bloc arrière « aux figuiers ». Dommage que l’immeuble à l’avant obstrue une partie de la vue sur la Rade et cache le phare, mais la vue reste exceptionnelle. La piscine toute rénovée est magnifique, tout en gardant le même esprit qu’avant... Le village de Villefranche sur mer et ses alentours sont toujours aussi beaux, après autant d’années, nous trouvons encore des randonnées et des villages que nous ne connaissions pas encore! Très agréable séjour, idéal pour famille avec jeunes enfants!
