Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und die Lage ausgezeichnet. Die Betten sind bequem. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Perfekt gelegen für einen Rom Urlaub

Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt, die Wohnung ist geräumig und nur 150m vom Pantheon entfernt, trotzdem ist es ruhig. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Our host, Gian, was wonderful. He let us check in early and explained everything to us. This was the most perfect place to stay in Rome. It is right by the Pantheon and crowds of people but very quiet inside. A plus was that there was an elevator. We loved our stay.

Fantastic location!! Gian was easy to access and greeted us on arrival. The elevator was a blessing after a long day of exploring. It has 4 twin beds (they were very firm--but the pillows were wonderful). We were there for 3 nights and would not hesitate to book again if we ever return to Rome. The washer was great but the dryer took a long time to dry. We used the laundry rack which worked out great for us. Thank you Gian for a great place to stay in Rome!!

Great location. So many restaurants and piazzas nearby. Our family of 5 really enjoyed this large apartment. The bldg is also very safe as the only people that live in the other apartments are Gian’s family. The elevator was great since on top floor and we had big luggage. The A/C worked fine. We would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect location to walk to all major sites. Gian met us to help get bags to apartment since we landed early and we had everything we needed during our 3 night stay as a family. The apartment is extremely spacious too! We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Rome!

Amazing location, very comfortable

This was a great property—what a phenomenal location!! You walk out the door and you are literally there at the Pantheon. Central location—We walked to the colosseum, and we walked to the Vatican museum. In an old historic building. The apartment could use an interior paint job, but that’s such a minor issue when everything else was so amazing. The beds were clean and very comfortable. There were AC units in every room. There was a washing machine that came in handy for us. The windows were triple paned, and the apartment was so quiet on the inside. We really enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again. Thank you Gian!!

Very clean, AC worked beautifully in the almost 100 degree heat. No more than 100 steps to the Pantheon. Absolutely the perfect location. We only took a taxi once and that was to Vatican City.

Just WOW!

The host, Gian, is incredibly kind and helpful. He is very prompt to answer questions in the VRBO chat and full of recommendations.The apartment is very well-appointed with everything you need. The beds are hard, but I was still very comfortable. The shower pressure is wonderful!Let’s talk location- amazing!! So many wonderful areas and top tourist stops are 1-15 minute walk. There are several delicious restaurants & gelaterias within 5 minutes.We only had 3 days, and it was HOT! So we didn’t have sufficient time to do all in Rome we wanted to do. We will definitely visit again, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful location and host. We stayed in after a cruise and Gian met us early to drop luggage. Steps from Pantheon and within walking distance to most every site we wanted to go to. Place was incredible in size and had all modern conveniences as well as a lift. Busy and noisy street but quiet when windows were closed. We stayed first week of June and didn’t need air condition. Would highly recommend and have already done so. Will stay again when in Rome.

Location, Location, Location

The apartment is in an absolutely superb location, within sight of the Pantheon and amongst the bars and restaurants of the area. Somehow though it remained an oasis of quiet and calm amongst the hubbub, even in the twin room overlooking the street. It was also nice and cool. Some comments have said the decor and furnishings are tired, but this is reflected in the price given the location, and it was immaculately clean. Luxury it is not but, it is a perfect base and more than adequate and simply huge! . A lot of comments have said the beds are rock hard. This is personal preference, and personally I would not want a soft enveloping mattress in 30 degree outside heat. Communications with Gian were a bit slow to start with but he was having issues with the VRBO app and once we realised we needed to allow a bit longer for a response this was fine. Gian welcomed us personally and made some very good recommendations for restaurants and the best piece of advice, to relax and not feel under pressure to see every last sight as Rome is a living museum - just live it!. He very kindly let us check out late as we had an evening flight. Rome can be stressful, but between the location, the excellent air con, the space and Gians knowledgeable advice this apartment made for the ideal base . Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Rome Revisited

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. The location cannot be better in our opinion. Our host Gian was quick in addressing our needs which were few. The apartment is accurately depicted in the photos on the website.
