“Domus de Silva” is located on the 1st floor of a small building with independent entrance (no elevator) in “Villanova”, one of the four historic districts of Cagliari. The house is about 140 sqm. large, is on three levels and can accommodate up to 6 people.The house has a white wooden ceiling and hardwood floors, it is tastefully furnished using pastel colours that remind of the sea and the beaches of Sardinia. It is composed of an entrance with an open equipped kitchen, a living room that faces the enchanting Via San Giacomo, two double bedrooms placed on two different floors one of which is illuminated by the light of a “cavaedium” (typical of the old era buildings), two bathrooms one with bath and the other one with a shower, a loft furnished with a sofa bed and a relax area, a small laundry with a washing machine and two terraces equipped with outdoor furnishings from where it is possible to enjoy the characteristic roofs of Villanova districts. The elegant and practical open staircase leads to the different floors of the house, it has wooden steps and a metal balustrade that adds a young and simple touch to the place. To make you feel at home and have an unforgettable holiday the house also provides many comforts as air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, induction cooktop, microwave oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, kitchen supplies, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and on request a cot and a highchair are available. “Domus de Silva” is perfectly located so that Guests would not need a car to discover the tourist attractions of Cagliari city center and from here it is also easy to reach the Poetto beach (the main beach of Cagliari) and the South-East and South-West coasts by public transport. Even though the house is right in the historic city center is very quiet and bright thanks to the French door and windows facing the main street. Nearby the house there are restaurants, bars, coffee shops, pizzerias, supermarkets, bakeries, shops, laundries, hairdressers, banks, post offices, pharmacies, clothes shops, shoes shops, typical Sardinian handicraft shops and bus stops.
