We rented the flat for a couple of days, a group of six people who wanted to get away for the new year. While not the warmest period of the year, the city had much to offer, and the central location of the flat made it easy to engage into little excursions in the city any time we felt like it. The neighborhood is riddled with restaurant and pubs, and the food is excellent, so that in itself is an experience. In fact, just on the corner opposite to the flat there is one of the best restaurants in the area, a little bit on the expensive side, but not too much. When we didn't want to go out, the kitchen in the flat had all we needed to prepare our own stuff.
The owner of the flat was prompt and very forthcoming, and the place was well kept and clean. In the winter it might take up to a day for the flat to get really warm, so one has to turn on the air conditioning a bit longer, but after the walls get heated, the flat stays warm with only minimal heating. If we are to visit Cagliari again, we would surely consider this flat as an attractive option.
