Dieses wunderschöne Gerät ist für tägliche (min. 3 Nächte), wöchentliche und monatliche Anmietungen erhältlich. Top Floor Einheit. 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, die komplett renoviert ist. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über Pillow-Top-Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern und braune italienische Ledersofas im Wohnzimmer. Sowohl im Hauptschlafzimmer als auch im Wohnzimmer gibt es LCD-Fernseher. Vom geräumigen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und den beheizten Pool. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Aufzug.
Das Gerät ist mit Strandtüchern, Boogie Boards, Sandspielzeug für die Kinder, Nudeln für den Pool, Liegestühlen und einem Sonnenschirm vervollständigt. Kabelfernsehen, DVD, Haustelefon mit unbegrenzten Inlandsgesprächen und drahtloses Internet sind vorhanden. Es gibt eine volle Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihren Gebrauch. Ihre Bettwäsche, Badetücher und Strandtücher werden bereitgestellt, zusammen mit allem, was Sie und Ihre Familie brauchen, um Spaß am Strand zu haben! Sie können in die Innenstadt von Cocoa Beach gehen, wo Sie Live-Musik genießen, vom Meer oder Pier aus angeln oder Ron Jons berühmten Surfshop besuchen können.

Die Anlage ist geräumig und verfügt über einen großen beheizten Pool. Draußen in der Nähe des Pools stehen Holzkohlegrills zur Verfügung. Der Strandweg ist mit einer Dusche und Wasserschläuchen ausgestattet, die das Abspülen erleichtern, wenn Sie am Strand ein- und ausgehen.

Great location

We only stayed two nights but we thoroughly enjoyed this property. The unit was spacious and well stocked and had a great pool and ocean view. I would definitely stay here again.

Cocoa Beach Perfection

This is our third time renting at the Spanish Main, two of which were with this owner. The condo is clean, well stocked in all areas (kitchen, towels, and beach accessories). We’ll definitely be returning. Thanks for a great stay and sharing your wonderful beachfront property with us!

easy to walk to beach, breakfast and more. wifi instructions may need to be updated, but still easy to connect. no mention of what to do with bed sheets (if they should go in washer also), but easy check out process regardless. thanks!

Great Location

We had a slight problem upon check-in, texted the owner & it was solved immediately. It's a very comfortable condo with nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Nice furnishings! It is a great location with a pool or the ocean for swimming. We were even lucky enough to see the brand new baby turtles run for the ocean!

Beach Day!

We wanted a day at the beach after 4 nights in Orlando. This site delivered! Great location to enjoy CoCo beach, steps away. There was everything we needed for the day; umbrella, chairs, floats, boards, towels, a cart to hual it all. The inside of the condo was very comfortable as well. The host was vert easy to communicate with. There was a rocket launch one of the evenings we stayed. It was very exciting!

Beach Weekend

The location is good and we have stayed at the resort several times before. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. We really did not cook anything in the condo but it appeared to have dishes and everything you would need. My only complaints would be the lighting in the condo. All of the lights are very dim and the kitchen lights are really dim you can’t see very good in the during the day and especially at night. The washer is extremely loud but seems to work ok, the bathrooms could use a good scrubbing but we’re adequate, need directions for remotes for televisions it’s a little confusing and the door lock needs to be looked at because we had a hard time getting it to lock when we left the condo each time. Other than that I would recommend this condo rental. Thank you.

Excellent property

This is a great beachfront property with a great ocean view and all the amenities you need. The condo is so clean! Unit comes with kitchen supplies, beach towels, beach cart , beach chairs - everything came in handy!! It is also close to restaurants, Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks , and Publix. Maryam was in close communication with any need we had and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this condo to others!

Check in was clear and smooth. View from the balcony is great to watch sunrise. Location from condo to the beach was fantastic. Condo had necessary items for some meal prep and a comfortable stay. Beach chairs/stroller/cooler were helpful for beach excursions. We had a great get-away.

My title denotes a highlight of the vacation to Cocoa Beach. We were afforded the opportunity to buy a drink for a Purple Heart recipient and his family. As for the Condo...clean, spacious enough for 4, comfortable overall. It does lack privacy with regard to your balcony use, That was limited anyway. Fantastic beaches!! Thank you for opportunity.

Updated and modern. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. The beach is outside your door. We wouldn't have stayed here twice if we didn't like it.

I really can't think of how I could ask for more!

Lovely, well maintained condo. It showed pride of ownership everywhere. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! :-) It was a 2 minute walk to a local restaurant (The Filling Station). It was a 1 minute walk to the sand on the beach, and less time to the pool. The balcony was a great spot of a bit of wine, AND we had a big grassy lot to park our huge truck and trailer. We will book this condo again. :-)

Great place right on the beach!

My family and I stayed here for a few days and it was the perfect place! The condo was exactly what we expected and super clean! There was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the best part is that it is so close to the beach, we had a great time and will definitely be back!

Disgusting

My mother, daughter, and I booked 2 nights in this condo after a week at Disney. This condo is advertised as “brand new”. It is far from being brand new. The outside is quite run down and as soon as we pulled up we noticed red shopping carts under the stairs. This is how you will get your luggage to your room. Keeping it classy! The elevator is also very run down. There have been some updates made to the until, but if you’re expecting a brand new unit (as we were), you will be very dissapointed. The condo was NOT cleaned properly upon our arrival. There was sand and dirt on the floor, the toilets had not been cleaned (there was a brown substance down the side of one toilet), about an inch of dust on the baseboards, and the sheets had not been changed. Imagine getting into bed and finding someone else’s hair. Abosutely disgusting. I then inspected the beds in the second bedroom, and found those sheets had not been changed either. I stripped the sheets off the king size bed to put them in the washer and the mattress cover underneath was even worse...hair, dirt, yellow stains. I’m not sure it has EVER been washed. I contacted the property owner and she stated that she would refund our second night, as well as the cleaning fee, after I told her we would only be staying one night and leaving at 6 the next evening. I even sent her pictures. After she apologized over and over and promised to refund the second night, I made changes to our flights. Thank goodness for Southwest! She did ask if I would like for someone to come out and clean the condo again, but at thisk point it was 11:30 at night and no amount of cleaning would’ve helped us to feel comfortable. She then texted about an hour later and said I was to be out by 11 or she would not refund the second night!?! I told her that we had been inconvenienced enough and that we would not be able to leave at 11 just to sit at the airport for hours. She then told me to contact VRBO, and I haven’t been able to get a response from her since. I did contact VRBO and explained to her that they stated I was HER customer, and that SHE is THEIR customer, therefore, she decides whether or not we receive a refund. She has totally ignored me. If you like sleeping and living in flilth, this condo is for you. If your standards are higher, as are mine, I would stay far, far away from this unit. I really wish there was a way for me to attached the pictures to this review!

Thank you for the review. I am sorry that you were unhappy with your stay. While I do not agree with your statements of concern nor your sequence of events, I tried every way to help you but I think there was a different agenda from the beginning. Although under no obligation to refund the second night, my intent was to do so for customer satisfaction irrespective of the reason. After I agreed to refund the second night, the guest then informed me that her flight was already changed to 9pm departure and wanting to stay the second day for free. Red flags went up when she insisted to be refunded on a different credit card. Per VRBO: I would suggest telling the guest if she wants her second night refunded then she needs to checkout at 11am. [Not 6pm]
