Diese 848 Quadratmeter große Eigentumswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern bietet Platz für 8 Personen und bietet eine malerische Aussicht vom privaten Balkon. Es ist ideal in River Run Village gelegen, sodass Sie nur wenige Schritte von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Festivals entfernt sind. Außerdem sind Sie nur drei bis vier Minuten zu Fuß von der Hochgeschwindigkeitsgondel entfernt. Für die Skisaison 2019 hat der Hausbesitzer ein Upgrade mit einem neuen Kühlschrank und neuen Sealy Pillow-Top-Matratzen in beiden Schlafzimmern durchgeführt.

Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich Haken und eine Bank, auf der Sie bequem den ganzen Tag über kommen und gehen können. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Schnittsofa, das für zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheiten auch in ein großes Bett ausgezogen werden kann. Zusätzliche Bettwäsche und Decken befinden sich in einem Schrank. Über einem schönen Gaskamin befindet sich ein neuer Smart-Fernseher. Gleich neben dem Wohnbereich befindet sich der private Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist mit allem notwendigen Kochgeschirr und Geschirr ausgestattet, damit Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten auch unterwegs zubereiten können. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für vier Personen und vier zusätzliche Sitzplätze an der Frühstücksbar. Das erste der beiden Badezimmer befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnbereich und verfügt über eine Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne. Beide Badezimmer sind mit Handtüchern und einer Erstausstattung an Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen Flachbild-TV. Das geräumige Bad verfügt über zwei Waschbecken und eine Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne. Das Gästezimmer bietet Platz für vier Personen und verfügt über ein Queensize-Etagenbett.

Location!

Great location and awesome parking. The condo and building are nothing fancy on the inside, but that did not impact our stay. It’s important for guests to know that the windows face the street and parking lot, which means early and loud snow removal. If you’re an early bird and awake by 6am, snow plows won’t be a problem. But, if you like to sleep in while on vacation and its snows, be prepared for an early morning.

Great location!

Very confortable place with well equiped kitchen. It was very close to the gondola right at the vilage. Would stay there again on next trip to Keystone.

The late 4:30pm check in and early 10am check out really made our stay in the condo quite short. The lack of flexiblity in check in/out and demand for more $ did turn us off a bit. Also the lights in this unit flicker terribly and furniture although clean is warn out and in need of a refresh.

2 week Comfortable Stay

The room was great. The beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect. Fans & blankets were great! Could be improved by having Tupperware or plastic storage & some of the cooking pans were at the end of their life.

The location, at River Run, offered something for my teen son, my 24 year old daughter, and my 71 year old mom. We all all enjoyed walking around and being able to eat and shop right where we were staying. I had no complaints on the room. We stayed with 6 people and had plenty of room, but any more would have been too much Use of facilities a s hot tub every night was a positive. I would definitely recommend anyone stay and enjoy the mountains and all Keystone has to offer.

Exactly what we needed!

It was very good and cozy. We had a lovely stay: they had some board games, good beds, warm water in the shower and everything we needed in the kitchen. One of the best things was the ski locker and the short walking distance to the gondola. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and management

The management team is superb in providing all the information needed for a smooth check-in. The property was perfect for our family of 4. The location is perfect and right in the middle of the River Run Village. The garage parking was not assigned, but there were plenty of open spots all the time. We had a great time!

Keystone weekend

Great location, comfortable beds and pillows. Kitchen stock was ok, but scratched up pots and pans. The stove and dishwasher are very low end, but functional. It could have been cleaned a bit better. Overall served our needs well and the location was a 5 minute walk to the gondola.

The top bunk bed was not made also just note the ladder is a bit slick if you have socks on. No ice and only 2 ice trays and nothing to put the ice in. It would be great if house keeping at least filled the ice trays.The MGMT company did bring 2 more ice trays the next day which helped a lot but didn't have ice for a margarita until after the super bowl was over. The non stick pans need to be replaced and a few more larger stainless steel bowls would be nice. A few more containers for left overs would be appreciated also.

Great location Keystone access

This unit worked so well for a quick getaway with my kids! The full sized bunk beds and king bed were comfortable and the unit was spacious. The sectional in the family room provided great seating options! The property overlooks the large parking lot but the price for the unit made that an easy thing to ignore. Very easy access to Keystone restaurants and activities in River Run. Thanks for the great stay!

First Colorado trip

Couldn't ask for a better location

Our entire family enjoyed the condo. Silver Mill is part of River Run Village full of shops and restaurants. We didn't know prior to booking, but while we were there they had the Bluegrass and Beer Festival. We got to try all that the village had to offer. $5 samples. Huge crowd, live music, tons of fun. The condo itself is a bit dated yet very clean. It had everything we needed from pots and pans to an ironing board. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were a little too soft for me... but the rest of my party had no complaints. Make sure to check out Dillon Farmers Market right next to the lake and Frisco... which is just a short drive away. Oh and Breckenridge is pretty close as well. If I could give any advice about this condo. Take the route through Dillon and NOT up the mountain. We drove in the rain up the mountain which was terrifying. We are from Texas and not use to driving in the mountains. Enjoy!

Our stay was great. The condo was nice and well appointed. Check in was easy, but not a fan of having to go to another building to get keys. Although with so many properties I suppose that’s easiest for the property manager.

Nice place, Heater bad

Overall great unit and location. However, one bedroom was extremely hot, especially at night, and the other was very cold. Temperature settings on the thermostat don't correlate to actual temperature. Could not get gas fireplace to work. Needs more towels for use at hot tub.

Clean, Convenient and Good for Family of Four

The condo was a great size for a family of four with the two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. The condo was very clean. There were some maintenance issues that were unattended to when we arrived. They didn’t make our stay less enjoyable, but they should be addressed before the next guest checks in. The location is good and the check-in and check-out process was well communicated. Thank you!

The location is fantastic. Three minute walk to the gondola, even in ski boots. The unit is spacious, and could easily sleep up to four kids in the bunk beds. It was pretty clean, though also a little rumpled in places. Ex., the couch cushions were all a little wonky and there was random trash items in some of the cabinets. There was no oil as part of the supplies in the kitchen. Really only salt and pepper. The unit smelled a little strange and the master bedroom was so hot (with the heat turned completely off) that we slept with the window open every night, in February. But all in all, those are all small complaints. We still enjoyed the unit.

Nothing fancy

Our room was fine for our needs. It wasnt too fancy, but friends of ours had a nicer unit with wood floors and a better view. At the end of the day it had the room we needed with queen bunk beds for our boys. Worst part was the toilets were made for that my people. Can we get rid of the circle toilets?
