Diese geräumige 812 Quadratmeter große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern bietet Platz für sechs Personen und bietet Bergblick vom privaten Balkon und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Master. Ideal in River Run Village gelegen, nur wenige Schritte von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Festivals entfernt. Außerdem sind Sie nur drei bis vier Minuten zu Fuß von der Hochgeschwindigkeitsgondel entfernt.

Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich Haken und eine Bank, auf der Sie bequem den ganzen Tag über kommen und gehen können. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Schnittsofa, das für zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheiten auch in ein Queensize-Bett ausgezogen werden kann. Zusätzliche Bettwäsche und Decken befinden sich in einem Schrank. Es gibt einen großen Flachbildfernseher über einem schönen Gaskamin. Gleich neben dem Wohnbereich befindet sich der private Balkon mit Bergblick.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Koch- und Geschirrteilen ausgestattet, um eine Mahlzeit für unterwegs zuzubereiten, und verfügt über Geräte aus Edelstahl. Der Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für vier Personen. Das erste der beiden Badezimmer befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnbereich und verfügt über eine Kombination aus Sockelwaschbecken und Dusche / Badewanne. Beide Badezimmer sind mit Handtüchern und einer Erstausstattung an Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem 3-Zoll-Memory-Foam-Topper und einen Flachbild-TV. Das eigene Badezimmer verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, eine Dusch- / Wannenkombination und eine Tür, die den Toilettenbereich für zusätzliche Privatsphäre trennt. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und einen montierten Flachbildfernseher.

Perfect location for family skiing!

This property was perfect for our family (two adults and two children (8 and 11). We loved being right in the River Run village close to all the shops and restaurants. We also appreciated how close the condo was to the gondola. The unit was clean, well appointed, and we loved the layout. Access to the ski locker in the lobby area was very convenient and much appreciated. We will be back next year!

Walk out the back door and you're instantly in Keystone's river run village with a 60 second walk to the gondola. Hot tubs were prime, ski locker was in a solid location, very affordable. Only thing I noticed is not a lot of storage/dressers for clothes but I don't really care about that on a ski trip. Will definitely be back next year

Nice property. Spent a weekend here to spend time with our nephew. Place is nice and comfortable. Room just a bit dark and hard on old eyes. Bedroom could use a lamp on both nightstands and not only on one. One person can read...the other person can’t. Baseboards needed a cleaning. Closet door in master bedroom is difficult to open and close because of carpet. Overall, it was a great deal (September).

Great Location, Condo rundown

First trip to Keystone and loved the skiing. The condo is in a great location just about a football field walk to the main lift. The condo is very run down and really needs some remodeling. I have stayed at Motel 6’s that were better kept. The checkin process was difficult as I could not get the lockbox to open. Eventually I was able after multiple attempts. The owners really need to replace the kitchen chairs before someone falls when they sit on them. It seemed like every condo around had their hot tub open except for this resort , did not read anywhere on the website that it was being closed along with the pool. All in All, had great time skiing but did not enjoy the accommodations

If convenience to the slopes is your goal this is it!

Reviewer Comments: If you book through VRBO often you should be forewarned that this property does not function like a VRBO but more like a long stay hotel without daily maid service. The distinction? If you are expecting to find a variety of cooking supplies in the kitchen like spices, oils, paper plates or cups be prepared that you won’t. There was nothing like that in the cabinets which leads me to believe that the cleaning crew removes it all each time a guest leaves. We called maintenance twice because the 3 humidifiers in our room didn’t work. They never came and the broken ones sat by the front door the whole trip. I see lots of folks commented on the broken door panel in the second bedroom. That didn’t bother me but if you are an adult and sit on the edge of the twin bed be careful! The whole bed will flip up. This property is about convenience to slopes so if that is your goal then book it. The “Mountain View” was disappointing too. You are looking at a mountain but not the slopes and that is once you look past the parking lot. We had a good trip and the place served our needs but I would not book again. We could have had a whole house for the price we paid, just a little further away.

Perfect location, very spacious

Great location for skiing, parking is great too. The condo was clean and spacious. The only thing we didn't like was the check-in process as you have to drive to a different location to pick up your keys. Other than that it was great.

This place was perfect for our group of four. Everything was as advertised. The condo is right in the middle of River Run Village. It’s a quick walk to the gondola so you’re skiing in no time. Highly recommend

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
