Diese 1.130 Quadratmeter große Eigentumswohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern bietet Platz für 6 Personen und verfügt über zwei private Balkone, von denen einer Hangblick nach Süden bietet. Genießen Sie den geräumigen Wohnbereich und die ideale Lage im River Run Village, sodass Sie nur wenige Schritte von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und lokalen Festen entfernt sind. Und Sie sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Hochgeschwindigkeitsgondel entfernt.

Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich Haken und eine Bank, auf der Sie bequem den ganzen Tag über kommen und gehen können. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen montierten Flachbild-TV über einem schönen Gaskamin. Es gibt einen privaten Balkon direkt neben dem Wohnbereich und bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Piste nach Süden sowie einen Gasgrill.

In der voll ausgestatteten Küche finden Sie alles, was Sie zum Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten benötigen. Der Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für sechs und es gibt drei zusätzliche Plätze an der Frühstücksbar. Das erste der beiden Badezimmer befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnbereich und verfügt über ein Standwaschbecken und eine Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne. Beide Badezimmer sind mit Handtüchern und einer Erstausstattung an Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet.

Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen Flachbild-TV. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und einen eigenen Balkon. Das dritte Schlafzimmer kann auch als zweiter Wohnbereich dienen. Es verfügt über ein Queensize-Schrankbett und einen Flachbild-TV. Das Murphy-Bett kann bei Bedarf von einem Sofa in ein Bett umgewandelt werden. Der Raumteiler kann für ein offenes Gefühl angehoben oder abgesenkt werden, wenn Privatsphäre benötigt wird. Das zweite Gästebad befindet sich in der Nähe der Schlafzimmer und verfügt über ein Waschbecken und eine Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne.

I went with a buddy for a week of skiing in February. We go every year. As far as places we’ve stayed, this was as good as the best of them!Great location! It’s an easy walk to the gondola and to the little town. I like to cook in the kitchen as well stocked. There is not a steamer so our crab boil was nixed. There were three, two mugs of coffee packets for a week stay. I asked where they recommend we go to get more and I was told to go pick some up at the office for free. You also have to go to the office to check in. We kind of felt like we needed a rental car.Overall, the place is great and I highly recommend it.

We had a great time this summer and it was a great location. Walked to breakfast and dinner, close to drive to Breckenridge and Frisco. Condo had the comforts of home! Would stay again!

Great Trip to Keystone

Met all of our needs! The condo was in a great location with all amenities needed. Easy check-in and check out process. The Summit County Mountain Retreat Rental Company sent a daily text to see if there was anything we needed. Overall great trip, condo, and amenities! Will rent again from SCMR.

Great location. Walking distance to Keystone gondola and village. 2 rooms with comfortable queen beds. Didn't use the 3rd Murphy bed area. Hot tubs were relaxing after day on slopes.

Great Communication

The communication for this property is excellent. I received emails and text before my stay and during my stay. It is a process to get the key and get to the condo and we did it at night in 0 degree weather so we wanted to do it quick. The directions were perfect and we were in and out getting the key and went straight to the condo. We had an issue with hot water and they were right on it and sending texts to fix it. Would definitely stay again.

I specifically was looking for 3 full size beds to meet the needs of our two young adult children and this condo fit us perfectly. The beds were cozy and there were plenty of fans stored in the closets to help circulate that wonderful cool mountain air that we love. Everything in the condo was clean and cozy. The rental company was outstanding with their communication during booking, making the check-in and check-out process go smoothly. We love staying in the area every year and will keep this condo in mind when we return.

We were in 2252 and were probably less than 100 yards from the Gondola. Someone was smoking in the until below us which was annoying, but otherwise everything was good. I would say when comparing price, if you are looking for convenience without the cost, this is a good fit. If you are looking for the most updated, cushy, highbrow type of condo, this might not be for you. You will pay three times as much though...

May Ski Trip to A-Basin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my third trip using SCMR to book lodging. As always they have the best deals with great amenities for staying at Keystone to ski A-Basin in May. Their Keystone lodging is the closest lodging toA-Basin. I will definitely use them again. The specific unit had everything we needed and was basically a 3 bedroom unit as the study had a murphy bed.Guests should book directly with SCMR to save money in lieu of other rental platforms to save on excessive fees. As we all know skiing has become expensive so save money using SCMR and put your savings to better use.

Great Place - But Be Aware Of Early Morning Construction Noise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was comfortable for our family of 4 & the extra room with Murphy Bed allowed our teenage kids to have their own space. BE AWARE: The unit faces construction taking place directly across the street which meant very loud mornings, with construction starting at 7:30am weekdays. Getting to the parking garage is 'tight' due to construction, too. There were ongoing issues with the pool - it was a quarter empty when we arrived, which was addressed the next day, but was half empty and roped off several days later. Pool towels were not stocked on several of the days when the pool was open. Although there was a clogged shower drain & the fireplace pilot light went out twice, Summit County Mountain Retreats addressed these issues quickly and they were pleasant and professional on the phone.

Overall Great Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in very comfortable, with nice furnishings and decor that made us feel like we were staying in a ski resort, not just another bland hotel room. Everything from blankets to beading to pillows were clean and plentiful. We appreciated having multiple humidifiers, although one of them did not have the condensation aired out or wiped out. Everything worked as expected, except for the microwave, which would not heat food or water. This was inconvenient, and the management company offered to address the problem, but we didn't want to give up vacation time to wait for the repair/replacement. Overall it was great experience, but we would have liked to know construction was in progress literally a few hundred feet away from our unit. Construction noise was a bit annoying at 7 am, but otherwise not too bad.

Feeling Defeated

Probably the perfect storm. The unit we stayed in was larger than expected, clean and very well equipped. However, the chemicals used to clean the unit as well as outer halls and elevator were strong. The first night of our stay we were able to open windows and have fans circulating air, but the next morning painting started on exterior of our unit and all windows were covered with plastic. The management company said we should've received a text regarding the painting a couple days prior to our arrival, however, the only message, was on the Friday before our departure. Fortunately, the window coverings were only on for one day, however, painters were onsite and on our decks during most of our stay. The management company staff was friendly and empathic, however, could not accommodate our request to move to another unit. Before calling the management company, the day after we arrived, I did check online to see if they had other availability, which it appeared that they did. In addition to the painters being onsite, we underestimated the noise from the nearby construction.

PROS: Property was perfect location 3 min walk to gondola; 2 hot tubs, sauna, & heated pool nice after ski day; coin laundry on every floor; ski locker. CONS: Beds are extremely uncomfortable/hard, only 6 bath included so had to do laundry daily; 1 panel of faux wood blinds in BR w/balcony are broken/cant be raised or opened; requires hotel-style keycards which have to be picked up at the main office (bit inconvenient) but not far from the rental; was told I could pick up keycards & "welcome kit" from dropbox "early", arrived at 4:00 pm & not in dropbox as indicated, had to go upstairs to front desk. Lady at front desk was condescending asking if we were "requesting to check-in early" (which they charge for) in spite of the fact check-in is 4:30, the unit is not at same address, and sign in lobby says "keycards/welcome packets are placed in the boxes by 4:00pm daily". The kitchen had at least 1 of everything needed, no matching tuber ware, random utensils, only 1 medium size baking sheet; VERY VERY OUTDATED; fridge is small no ice maker; no keurig as stated, coffee pot cheapest you can buy (no auto-on/clock) w/aftermarket carafe that only holds 8 cups vs 12 cups (last morning coffee pot stopped working completely); all closets junked up & used as storage; blow dryer in the 1st bathroom doesnt work, there's NO ceiling lights only lamps & gloomy; 5-7 Murphy bed lights don’t work, flood light bulb in table lamp. Location/ convenience was worth it but won’t book again.

Was not as advertised due to construction.

The Property would have been fine had there been no construction. The construction of the nearby Kindred though resulted in you having to take a massive detour to get to the slopes: maybe 3-5 times the distance you’d otherwise walk. That made it highly inconvenient to bring your skis and equipment from the location. This wasn’t disclosed in the listing and the management company was not helpful in accommodating the issue. Before you rent this unit make sure the construction access issue has been resolved.
