Gut: Check-in und Lage
We received a reservation instructions very soon after we booked. We got in fine.The house smelled a bit musty in the refrigerator was not workingWe tried to turn down the air-conditioning so that it could take the musty smell out however, there was a limit on how low we could take it downWe then immediately left to go to downtown Knoxville. We struggled to lock the front door and head to contact Vrbo. Try to learn how to lock the front door. The owner did not provide a phone number for herself just Vrbo, which made this process difficult.Ultimately, after 15 to 20 minutes of trying to lock the front door, we were able to do so. When we came back, the refrigerator was now starting to get cold one of our guests slept on the sofa sleeper and every 30 minutes, another batch of ice would be dumped from the trays into the freezer ice box thus keeping this person up all night Additionally, she did not mention the proximity to a freight train that blows its horn and shakes the house for at least 15 minutes at two in the morning. Lastly, the tenants next-door, who I don’t attribute as an owners issue, came outside and talked very loudly at 3:30 in the morning. The location was fine for us since we were trying to go to a university of Tennessee football gameThe house was relatively clean aside from having a slight musty smellIt has all the things that you need such as a Keurig coffee maker along with coffee potsThere were six of us total in the one bathroom
