Newer construction beautiful 3 bedroom 2-bath home located in the heart of Knoxville.
Convenient to I-40 and all Knoxville has to offer!

Next door we also have another home that is "attached" to this home by a separate formal dining area (dining area locked when not in use) if you need accommodations for more than 10 people. Book both homes and have 6 bedrooms total that will sleep up to 20 people utilizing the roll aways and the sofa sleeper.

The Formal dining area seats 8 at the table and 4 additional seats at the bar top.

You have the option to book the Formal dining area for an additional $75 when renting this home. Great For Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday dinners, baby showers, wedding rehearsal dinners. Just message us to let us know u would like to reserve and we will add it to the booking total. PICTURE OF FORMAL DINING HAS BEEN ADDED TO THIS LISTING BUT IS NOT INCLUDED UNLESS ADDED TO THE RESERVATION.

My son was in a soccer tournament in Knoxville. This rental was perfect for us because both Moms had a private room and the 5 teenagers shared the room with two queens and a roll away bed. It was new, clean and comfortable!

The stay was exactly what we needed. At one point we needed to contact the hosts (Paula and Brenda) and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. We would gladly stay at their properties again. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Just what we needed

House was nice and roomy. Had everything thing you would expect. Sister was having a baby, so this gave us as a family to stay near their apartment. We cooked, played cards, went to pigeon forge one day, and did some shopping in Knoxville. Had a couple issues that was handled by the hosts very quickly. Great experience 👍

Beautiful, New, Clean, and Spacious

It was wonderful to come home each evening to such a lovely, fresh, and open floor plan where our family could cook and gather. The decor of the three bedrooms was excellent and the beds -so comfortable. Both bathrooms were immaculate and new. The higher vaulted ceilings added the the feeling of spaciousness. It was cold outside during our stay, but a nice grill was on the back porch. The wonderful, kind hosts Terry and Brenda, have other new homes within the same privately fenced area within a pretty neighborhood in a great location. They also had outdoor security cameras. What a great stay for our family and we recommend the home 100%!

This was a great experience. The house is fairly new and very nice. They had all varieties of toiletries, clean bathrooms and house. I think they have arranged every little thing in the house. So overall it was a great experience. Also, the place is very close from a mall and some good restaurants nearby. There is a camera installed at the entrance so not sure if they will delete the footage after we leave? Lots of room I. The house. It’s fairly big house more than what I needed. Some recommendations to the owner: most of the doors makes chrrree noise so you may wanna oil it. But they do deserve 5 stars for overall experience.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation home that exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we stepped through the door, we knew we had made the right choice. First and foremost, cleanliness is a top priority for my family when it comes to accommodations, and this vacation home delivered impeccably. The host of this property provided all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, from pots and pans to utensils and appliances. Communication with the host was nothing short of excellent. From the initial booking process to inquiries for accommodations for additional family members. The host was always prompt and helpful in her responses. If I ever find myself in the area again, there's no doubt in my mind that I would return to this property without hesitation. It's a gem that I'm grateful to have discovered, and I'm confident you'll feel the same way.
