Flat has everything you need for your stay. But don't forget to bring insect repellent. Becky is a good host.

Nice and clean apartment, especially for the summer time

We had a pleasant stay at beckys place and enjoyed every single moment. It was our first time in Dénia which will probably not the last. Equipped with a rental car we discovered the area around denia and were impressed about the diversity. The apartment is pretty nice and we could find whatever we searched for. Cause of cold temperatures we enjoyed having a fire place. During the summer time you will find a cool place to stay.

Thanks for your review Claudia, the open fireplace is essential in the Winter months I agree - it isn't always hot in Spain! I am glad you enjoyed staying at our house and Denia.

Vielen Dank!

Alles perfekt!

Super Haus, super Lage, super Gastgeberin!

Nice house with nice community pool and garden

Nice house well equipped. Nice backyard and pool. Nice city within walking distance, beachwalk recommended. Close to beach but unfortunally with lots of seaweed on sand, better beach can be found a few hundred meters to the northwest and all the way up to and beyond Gandia.

Thank you for your review, I am glad you enjoyed your stay. The upstairs balcony does get hot in the afternoon I agree, the downstairs terrace is mostly in the shade but an awning is something we have considered and may do. The wi-fi is a communal system, which we have no control over and although I appreciate your feedback, I do clearly state in the information provided that only 1 person can be signed in ant any one time. It has not been an issue generally. Thank you for your feedback, it always appreciated.

A fantastic holiday!

We have just got back from a fantastic 16 night stay in Denia. We love Denia as it has everything we want in a summer holiday and to have an accommodation such as this so close to the beach and an array of shops and bars was perfect for us and our two young children (4 and 6). We had lots of fun in the pool and the accommodation was well equipped for our family with everything provided for matching the descriptions stated upon taking out the rental agreement. I would highly recommend staying here for a young family such as ours, we loved it and will most definitely be back again!

Leuk en compleet huis op mooie locatie

Een erg leuk huis, dichtbij het strand. Alles was aanwezig!

Great base for our golfing break

We know people who own a similar place on the complex so there were no surprises. They have owned their place for 20+ years so that says it all really! A very clean place with everything to hand. The complex seemed well maintained also and very safe. Had one trip to the marina which was superb, the other night spent in the few local bars 100m away which we found to be extremely friendly. Would certainly stay again and try to have more time to see some more of Denia which was also highly recommended.

Perfect house in beautiful complex

The property was fabulous, everything was exactly as it was described. Denia was a lovely Spanish town not too many tourists. Tourist information centre was very helpful went to Benidorm for the day on the train, (station near the tourist centre) checked out the new Marina, went up to the Castle on the tourist train, found a lovely Toy Museum (again near Tourist Centre) went on a glass bottom boat trip. Could not fault anything cafes etc round the corner from the complex with supermarket bus stop for bus into Denia every 20 mins last one from Denia was 11.00 pm perfect for an evening out. What else can i say we loved it and have already recommended the house and complex to family and friends. Rebecca also helped us with finding the airport transfer after being let down on the Tuesday and was flying to Alicante on the Saturday thank you so much for that Rebecca

Fabulous location

Lovely house equipped with everything you need for a hassle free holiday. Loved the walk into Denia with the choice of road or beach, although the beach tended to win because of three beach bars to rest up on the way. Limo's restaurant is 2 mins walk away from the house if you want something a little bit special for dinner.. Also worth a visit is the New Marina , Republic restaurant for their lovely set menu of the day. We took our road bikes and had some fab rides out in the more mountainous areas around Denia which were easy to get to. The ride over Mongo to Zavia to the Austrian Cafe for breakfast was a treat. Did not spend much time round the beautiful pool area but it was very well kept and lovely and peaceful. You could certainly stay at this house without having to use your car, everything you need is within walking or bus distance. Thank you Beccy for letting us stay. Helena and Wayne x

I hope you return one day and maybe then you can spend more time around the pool! Becky

second time at Becky's place

We usualy change of location every year, but we really liked our first stay in Denia so we decided to come back. We enjoyed it more. We felt at home at becky's home. Everything is done for our comfort, well furnished, with all the basic for your arrival (and a bottle of wine !). Our two kids have a great fun with the new inflatable boat and all the beach toys. The place is very well located. No need to use the car, everything can be done by walking less than 3 minutes: supermarket and shops, beach, restaurants. Becky communicates very well, she answers to request promptly and gives you precious informations. i will recommand Becky's to everyone looking for a location in Spain.

Lovely house in great location

The house is lovely, very clean and tidy when we arrived, and Becky was very helpfully in answering any questions and providing full directions which made the journey very easy. The grounds of the complex are very well maintained, and it was so relaxing sitting by the pool under the palm trees that we didn't always make the 5 minute walk to the beach. The house itself had everything we needed, a real home from home. There is a supermarket just round the corner (and a larger one 5 mins drive away, the opposite direction to Denia). We also discovered the bus stop is just outside the complex, going every 20 mins or so in and out of Denia, which was great to be able to go out to eat at night without driving. Overall a very convenient location. Denia is a really nice town, it doesn't feel too touristy, with loads of restaurants and bars, and probably more to explore than we ever found. We had a lovely holiday, and would definitely like to go back.

Simply amazing.

This was just amazing. The house lives up to the reviews and description and you will not be disappointed. There was everything we needed from lovely clean bedding and towels to a very well equipped kitchen to sand toys for the kids to use! The pool was lovely, well maintained and beautiful gardens. The complex was quiet and friendly and a short walk to the lovely beach ( a few mins) and local supermarket and cafe. Denia marina and town was very nice and easy to get to. The reviews/ restaurant cards were helpful and we visited a few which were well recommended. We all comfortably slept and enjoyed our holiday ( 2 adults, 3 kids) and could not have asked for more. We particularly enjoyed the main bedroom balcony in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine. The table and chairs up there were perfect. Short of our own waiter we could not have asked for more. Thanks for a wonderful time. Your house is just lovely. We will be returning!

I am glad the children enjoyed their stay too, I am sure the pool was a big hit! I hope we see you again soon. Thanks again. Becky

Fantastic house in great complex right by the sea

The house was lovely and contained in a secure complex which was beautifully maintained, gardens, pool and house were all kept spotless! The pool was a great addition and a good size which I used everyday. The house is close to the stunning beaches of Denia and I enjoyed the combination of beach and gardens. Denia itself is very Spanish which I love and a really unique town with tree lined streets and fabulous boutiques. I loved my stay and will definitely go back. Thanks Becky for making sure our stay was so well organised and for the hints and tips! We will be back!

Thanks Sharon for your review, I think you have captured the location of our house and the description of Denia really well. It is so easy as you say, to just move between the pool and the beach which for a relaxing break is just what you need, then just a short trip into town for the local atmosphere and wider range of shops, bars, restaurants. The town fiesta was last week and there are many other fiestas during the year, which is another fantastic part of "real Spanish life" in Denia. I do hope you come back one day, we look forward to welcoming you again!

Beautiful stay in Denia

We had such a lovely stay in the villa in Denia. Everything was so clean and tidy, and it was literally like a home from home as it was so well equipped with everything you'd need. The location was lovely as well. There was so much to do and see. Lots of restaurants to chose from just around the corner from the villa, and the beach only a 5 minute walk which was lovely. I also visited the Marina and Denia Castle which I would definitely recommend to anyone staying at the villa as it was a really good day out and ideal for all the family. I really enjoyed my stay at Las Marinas and can't wait to go back again next year.
