The house is built in traditional Ibiza style, featuring whitewashed walls, exposed brick, wooden beams, and a cozy fireplace. Inside, the living and dining areas are tastefully furnished and air-conditioned for year-round comfort. You’ll find a small satellite TV with English channels, books and games, free unlimited WiFi (25–30 Mbps), and an MP3 player compatible with most devices. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. A utility area outside includes a washing machine, clothes lines, and ironing facilities. From the living room, step onto a shaded terrace that opens directly to the gardens and pool, complete with sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and French doors leading to a large balcony overlooking the gardens and pool.
