Jedes Apartment ist 95 m² groß und befindet sich in einem modernistischen Gebäude mit Aufzug und Videoüberwachung.
Jedes Apartment besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern (5 Einzelbetten), 2 Badezimmern, einem Wohnbereich mit Doppelschlafsofa (für die 6. und 7. Person) sowie einem Balkon und einer ausgestatteten Küche.

Die Apartments sind mit WIFI, TV mit internationalen Kanälen, Klimaanlage / Heizung, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Handtüchern und Bettwäsche für jeden Gast, kostenlosen Toilettenartikeln und Reinigungspaket zur Begrüßung ausgestattet.

Das Gebäude befindet sich 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Ciutadella Park, der Sagrada Familia, den Ramblas, der Plaça Catalunya, dem Passeig de Gracia ...

Excellent apartments and location

The stay was for a group of 35 staying for a team building trip. Everything went smoothly from the beginning. The service was good as we had a dedicated service personnel who made sure we kept time with our activities and meals. We had enough space for everyone sleeping in single beds. The apartments are very well equipped. I only can recommend this company. Thank you very much!

Great opportunity to stay with family or group of friends/company

We checked in as a group of 12 employees for a Barcelona outside. The apartments were located in different floors, but fit all of us perfectly, so everybody was able to have a good time, the area is really nice and Sage. Only the school courtyard in the building is extremely mount during recess and you will not be able to work with open windows. Take your time for the check in as it is fully automated with a kind of a vending machine in the entrance

Great apartment with accommodating host

Our group of 9 couples stayed in 3 apartments during our vacation in Barcelona. The arrangement worked out perfectly for us. Karen and her staff were very accommodating and addressed all of our inquiries and requests in a timely manner. The location was central. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to Las Ramblas and the nice shopping areas. We felt safe in the neighborhood. There were many good coffee shops and bakeries with just a few steps away. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and everything worked well, but it was a little dated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and definitely will come back to visit beautiful Barcelona again.

Good, but...

As a group of 2 families with 9 people (5 kids ages 10 to 18) we rented 2 of these apartments. The location is awesome, not too far from anything and everything from La Sagrada Familia to the Gothic Quarter is walkable. The apartments themselves had very comfortable beds and adequate seating area, however, they did lack a bit in supplies (we ran out of toilet paper) and getting the Wi-Fi took a significant amount of effort and time because I had to be in contact with the management company. One of our apartments had a cigarette odor which was a bit overwhelming especially since it seemed like there was an attempt to cover it with cleaning solution, the other did not have any smells. I would definitely consider staying here again when in Barcelona because of the location, but I would ask for a few things to be provided.

Kommunikation im Vorfeld sehr gut, vor Ort hilfsbereite Unterstützung am Telefon, die Appartements sind nicht nur zweckmäßig, sondern sehr schön. Die Möbel nicht verschlissen.

SCAM - Not the property listed

This host is a scam artist - do not rent!!! We received our check-in instructions and arrived at the property - it was not what we booked - it was blocks away from the property we reserved and only had one bathroom versus 2, it was on 8th floor (1 elevator max of 3 ppl) requiring walkup, bad neighborhood and other renters were VERY loud all night long. We contacted host immediately - she said there had been a booking error and she couldn't give us our original booking ($459/nt vs the one we were in which was $254/nt) - she would only give us a $700 refund but should have been $2400 if we were paying the $254 that the property was listed for) We tried to find other accommodations - and when we found something she said we would have to pay the full cancelation fee - (i.e., the entire price of the booking) This is a fraudulent host - DO NOT RENT from her.

This place was perfect for our family of 10! Centrally located, great neighborhood, steps from restaurants, shops, historic sites and a short walk to the zoo, the port, the metro. It was roomy with great common spaces, comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Highly recommended!

perfect for big groups

Tons of space. Flats are in a fantastic location, in a quiet residential neighborhood yet the Gothic district is just a short walk away. There are cafes, bakeries and grocery stores within the neighborhood and the metro is right across the street with Catalonia Square just two stops away. Karen was a perfect host. Although we arrived late in the evening she arranged the staff took their time showing us around the flat and patiently answering our many questions. The check-in staff provided us with lots of local information. The flats were spotless . The kitchen and bathrooms were supplied with everything our family needed. Karen was responsive to our every need. Washing machine is a plus. Our family (12 adults and a baby) had an amazing time and would love to return here on our next visit to Barcelona.

Great for groups

I can’t recommend this property enough. We were a party of ten on a 2-week trip and this was our last stop. The apartment are bright plenty of space for lots of people, are classic and simple but comfortable, and quiet. The location is perfect for walking to all the great neighborhoods, right at a metro stop and near lots of restaurants and markets for groceries. I hope to return and stay again!

conveniently located

Very conveniently located, close to the centre of Barcelona and many transport links. The apartments was bright, airy and spotlessly clean. They are very large apartments and our party of 12 had plenty of rooms. Everything you could possibly need was in there. It was also great to have 4 separate showers and toilets! We were delayed coming out to Spain and our check in time had to keep changing because of this.The staff could not have been more accommodating. I would highly recommend this property particularly if you are a larger party.

No complaints at all

Karen's apartments were just perfect. Exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean and well equipped. The sunny balcony was fantastic and the location super convenient. It was a great advantage to have a supermarket around the corner and the lovely park nearby. The cleaning person was waiting for us very punctually and he even helped us with the luggage and was completely available for all our questions. We look forward to go back to Karen's beautiful apartments any time in the future. No complaints at all

reasonable price

This place is great for 12+ guests looking to enjoy BCN in a relaxed fashion. The place is really big and spacious so don't be fooled by the photos - the sofas beds are good as well. Near to local groceries and café. Next to metro station Tetuan. The apartments were well equipped with towels, linen, bathroom amenities, and the kitchen as well. If you want to go to Barcelona and stay for a reasonable price - this is where to go.
