Unsere komfortable Ferienwohnung im dritten Stock am Südufer liegt direkt am Meer, sodass Sie das Rauschen der Brandung sehen und hören können, sobald Sie Ihre Haustür öffnen. Die Wohnung mit stilvollen, modernen Möbeln verfügt über ein komfortables kalifornisches Kingsize-Bett. Entspannen Sie sich "zu Hause" und genießen Sie den Ozean, während Sie drinnen oder draußen auf Ihrer Veranda sitzen. Schnorcheln Sie mit Schildkröten direkt vor der Wohnung (manchmal sehen wir auch Adlerrochen in unserer Bucht)! The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was perfectly appointed, had a very comfortable bed, and having a lanai directly on the water was exactly what we wanted. And, yes - we saw some turtles swimming from our balcony while having morning coffee! Would absolutely stay here again.

This Vrbo which I will compare all others to as it is the best we have ever been in. So well stocked (laundry basket for taking the laundry down the hall, drying rack for clothes, kitchen plates, silverware, tongs, bowls, Tupperware for leftovers, ice blocks for coolers, coolers to use, fans, power cords, beach chairs, and umbrella). Just amazing the amount of “nice to have” items. Then you have the views, the breeze, the turtles, the waves, and the lanai. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Will be booking this one again the next time we come to Kauai. Thank you so much for such thoughtful needs and wants.

The condo was nicely appointed. Good amenities. Great ocean view from balcony. We ate breakfast there most days. Denise was easy to communicate with. Her instructions were very thorough and helpful. We were told there would be a parking pass in the condo. There was not one and the property manager was never available to get one from. Fortunately, registering our car license plate on sign in was enough.The bed pillows could be of better quality and more comfortable. The laundry detergent dispenser was empty, but still took our money. Needed a sign or note to state “Empty”. These are small inconveniences. Not trying to be overly critical.We would definitely stay at Denise’s condo again if we visit Kauai in future travel to the Garden Island.

What a find!! Every comfort was provided for our idyllic Poipu vacation. We warched the turtles swim every day from our private balcony. The kitchen was outfitted for every need, including sharp knives, appliances and barware. We love to purchase fresh local fish, vegetables and fruit..this condo felt like home in paradise. WE WILL RETURN!

It was our first time to Kauai and the suite was perfect for our experience. Sunrises were beautiful every morning and while we weren't able to snorkel in the bay due to the swell, we had a great time on the deck watching the myriad of sea turtles swimming in it. Denise is wonderful and showed the aloha that we so often forget in life.

Amazing location- saw sea turtles daily, monk seal, black crabs, snorkeling was excellent. Best place to watch sunrise (from balcony) and sunset (from condo grounds). Condo was well stocked with kitchen items and bath items. Having the beach umbrella and chairs, beach towels and cooler was so important and we appreciated having that available very much.

Perfect Retreat

This was a perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful island of Kauai. So close to the water and with the beautiful view from our balcony we enjoyed “staying in” for a few dinners. We would definitely recommend the location to friends and family looking for a place in Kauai.

Had a great stay in a great location. Right on the water and easy to get around the island from this location. Place was clean and modern.

We first ventured to Kaua'i in 1998 and never looked back! After many visits to the island, and managing our oceanfront condo rentals from the SF Bay area, we left Silicon Valley and moved to the island in 2002. BEST decisions we've ever made -- except our marriage almost 31 years ago.

You can not get any closer to the ocean, and our building is just a few minutes drive to famous Po'ipu Beach Park, the Grand Hyatt, and many other well-known resorts. The Botanical Garden and Spouting Horn are minutes away, as are a multitude of restaurants and shops. Yet our building is "off the beaten path," which means peaceful, quiet serenity....

Hop on the elevator to the third floor, enter your front door, and you are looking at OCEAN. Your private lanai consists of clear, plexi glass for unobstructed views, so no peeking through the railing. Watch the turtles frolick and feed -- from the lanai, OR from inside your condo.
