Nur 2 km vom berühmten Strand von Glyfada und 15 Autominuten vom Zentrum von Korfu entfernt, hat dieses schöne traditionelle Haus alles, was Sie brauchen, um die Insel in vollen Zügen zu genießen!
Es verfügt über 3 geräumige Schlafzimmer, von denen eines ein Masterzimmer mit eigenem Bad ist. Ein zweites Badezimmer deckt die Bedürfnisse der anderen 2 Zimmer ab.
Es hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und eine sehr große Veranda, so dass Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten oder ein gutes Glas Wein genießen können!
In diesem Jahr haben wir einen 25 m² großen Pool hinzugefügt. Sobald das Wetter besser wird, werden weitere Fotos hochgeladen.
Sie können nicht nur am Pool oder den nahe gelegenen, kristallblauen Stränden schwimmen, sondern auch den Tag im Aqualand Park mit Wassersport- und Freizeitaktivitäten verbringen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Cafés und traditionelle Tavernen finden Sie in nur wenigen Minuten.
Busse, die Sie an jeden beliebigen Ort bringen, halten 100 m vom Haus entfernt.
Nicht zuletzt haben Sie die Möglichkeit, den berühmten Pelekas-Sonnenuntergang zu bewundern, der unvergesslich sein wird!

It was a perfect stay

Our stay at Da Sofia was perfect. Location is very convenient to visit Corfu and the house is great with an outdoor amazing view! Sofia is fantastic and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

A beautyful villa with an extraordinary view. Very clean and extremly accomodating. Sophia is a very warm and welcoming host. Her services were impecable and appreciated. The pool was a key experience during the heat wave and the beautyful beach is a 20 min. walk. Perfectly located the villa was perfectly accomadating for a family of 9. We recommend Da' Sophia's to all famillies and groups.

Lovely villa and pool

What a lovely spacious villa ! – with a lovely pool, and a lovely and very comfortable shaded area, in a great location. Lovely mountain, countyside and sea views from all around the property, and very close to several really nice shallow sandy beaches (you will need a car to stay here). Large, well-equipped kitchen with a proper oven and hob. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival, and Sofia was great, she gave us lots of advice on where to go, where to eat, beaches, etc, and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved our stayed here for 2 weeks in May/June 2024, and hope to return !

We had a truly wonderful stay at Da Sophia. The property is set on stunning, spacious grounds surrounded by olive, orange, and fig trees, along with a beautifully maintained garden that adds so much charm and tranquility. The covered seating area beside the pool is a gorgeous spot to relax and unwind at any time of day.The villa itself is large and airy, with a huge living room and breathtaking views from almost every room. While the villa isn’t air-conditioned, we found it to be more than comfortable. Thanks to its elevated position, it enjoys a lovely natural breeze, and the fans provided kept us cool throughout our stay.Sophia, the host, is an absolute gem,warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. She provided all the helpful information we needed and even left a bottle of red wine and treats for the teenagers, which was such a lovely touch. She lives just below the villa with her two adorable dogs, and is always nearby if you need anything. She even shared some of her homegrown tomatoes and lemons with us,so fresh and delicious!The villa is around a 20 minute walk to Pelekas village, which we enjoyed walking to in the early mornings and evenings. Pelekas is a charming village with a few great local restaurants, shops, and bakeries.We also hired a car during our stay, which I would highly recommend. Like most places in Corfu, it’s the best way to explore the island and easily reach the beautiful beaches nearby.Overall, I can't fault our stay it was peaceful, pr

Amazing house!

Our stay was amazing, because of this great house! It was so beautiful, clean and we just had a wonderful time at the pool and enjoyed the amazing view! Just be aware that the house is on a little hill and not in the center of the city or village - so you might need a car or a scotter for your stay. But it was really amazing and I really miss the place back here in german autumn.

Die Kommunikation sowohl mit der Agentur alsauch vor Ort mit Sofia war problemlos und zuvorkoemmend: Sofia hat uns bestens mit Infos & Tipps versorgt und auch für uns Taxi sowie Tavernen gebucht. Die Lage mit den zahlreichen Ausblicken war traumhaft. Der Pool war stets gepflegt! Das Haus sowieso. Hervorzuheben war die herzliche Art von Sofia :-)

Excellente adresse, la propreté des lieux était absolument irréprochable. Notre hôte, Sofia, qui habite juste en dessous, est d'une très grande discrétion et très disponible pour toute demande. Ses conseils sur les lieux et adresses à visiter à Corfu ont été très précieux et avisés. Suivez ses recommandations pour les restaurants !Le site est très calme et la vue magique.

Every home carries its own story. It is surrounded by the breath of the land and the smells that the wind from the Ionian sea brings. The house of Sofia was born in 1971 in the village of Pelekas, Corfu ... inspired by the famous architect Nane John Kolla.... and was designed to remind a French farmhouse, built with the zest of Corfiot workers.
Beneath Kaiser's throne, it overlooks the sea, just one kilometer away, it breathes the breeze and is filled each dusk with the beauty of a unique sunset.
Sofia's house was built initially as the family's vacation home and has been filled with love and laughter throughout these years. It is where all the relatives kept gathering, welcomed friends from all over the world and enjoyed special Corfiot feasts. Feasts with live music, good wine and flavors of delicious local recipes cooked by the women of the family. The 2,7 acres surrounding area of the house is ideal for these occasions, while the eye reaches the vast green scenery of Corfu full of nuances and serenity and the infinite blue of Ionian sea.
Sofia's home is a lucky home. Lucky, because it was "born" in Corfu, an island wrapped in myths. An island whose history travels 3000 years ago, after being sung by Homer for its beauty and hospitality.

Lucky, because it is surrounded by the unbelievable green of the Corfiot earth, it is watered by the crystal blue waters and the breeze of the sea. Lucky, because all the fruit and vegetables are grown with love, which makes them even more tasty. Lucky, because it was and is still loved from everyone. The homes that are loved are lucky ... and this love reaches everyone inside.
Sofia thought that this house should accommodate many people from every part of the world. So she renovated the 150 sq. M. house that has 3 bedrooms, one of them being the master with its own bathroom, an extraordinary living room with a unique dining area as well as a fully equipped and functional kitchen, that can cater for the needs of the home. All
