Hey Beverly, Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. We are grateful that you appreciated the professional services of the housekeepers and that the premises were clean. We are also so happy to hear you enjoyed the spectacular view from our Luxury Villa. We take security very seriously and such we have an alarm system with a 24hr armed security response unit. Please note during your stay someone accidentally pressed the panic button which set off our high end Security System, resulting in the company contacting us to ensure our guests were safe. We want you to know we take our guests safety very seriously. We also have private police officers who are connected to the property, who do routine checks. It has since transpired that it was 2 plain clothed police officers who were visiting the property as they noticed the gate was opened. Please note the gate has since been repaired. For peace of mind we'd like you'll to know there are security cameras at the front of the property which are monitored. The villa is also located in a peaceful ,remote village and we never had any incidents prior. With regards to sulfur water, we wished you would've mentioned this to us during your stay as we could have advised you how to correct this matter. It is unfortunate that you subsequently complained about the cost to have the event as this was discussed and agreed that any event over 30 persons consequently has a fee which previously was not a problem. We hope all misunderstandings are now corrected. Thanking you for staying with us and we do hope to see you soon!

On behalf of the owner, I would like to again apologise to Juliet and her family, for their having to go through this whole inconvenience of thinking that they would have to be relocated for the last of three nights that they had worked & planned long and hard for. However, as human beings and not automated robots, we need to appreciate that owners and their agents cannot and do not get it right all of the time. It does unfortunately sometimes happen that the dates of two different parties end up clashing, overlapping; in which case, all that can be reasonably expected is for every possible step to be taken Before During and After to rectify the situation. This was definitely done! Before, with the refunded one night via VRBO. During: by offer to relocate to an even bigger and more expensive place at the owner’s own expense. After: The guests were allowed to stay and enjoy his beautiful property, while the Owner was in the end told to hold the damage deposit in lieu of the payment that he had been promised would be paid before their departure.
