VERY PRIVATE CHARMING VILLA FOR FAMILY HOLIDAY

Charming villa located in a pleasant setting in San Carlos, only minutes away (by car) from various beaches. (The villa is approximately one kilometer from San Carlos)

The ground floor has one double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom and guest loo. Upstairs has a large bedroom (with a large double bed) and en suite bathroom.
This fully equipped property has a spacious living and dining area.
The pool and outside shower are very private with large terrace.
It is partially air-conditioned (meaning there is air-conditioning in the 3 bedrooms) and suitable for 5 adults. Ideal for a perfect family summer holiday.
The property is fenced in with ample parking.
The swimming pool is 9x4 meters.
The pool has been updated to salt water for more ecological feel.
Minimum stay is 7 days. Check-out time is 10:00 am. promptly.
Check-in is flexible since it takes hours for the villa and property to be prepared. At either of these times we can safely keep your luggage for you.
Not suitable for loud groups and parties or events . It is geared towards a quiet family holiday.
Only the checked in guests are welcome to use the villa.
Please be aware the there are no pets allowed under any circumstances.
Due to forest fires there is a strict , NO FIRES, policy including the barbecue . This is a law that is strictly enforced by the local and national police. There is also a non working fireplace inside the villa.
No smoking allowed.
We provide in place of the barbecue, an electric "plancha" that is normally used outside beside the barbecue area by the pool. All of our guests agree it is a safe, fast and clean way to cook on days they do not want to use the fully equipped kitchen.

Wonderful villa in San Carlos

A very nice villa in a great location on the east coast. A variety of beaches are just a short drive away. The villa itself has a beautiful pool and outside seating area. Cathy the owner, was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to go on this trip. But my family had a great time. Loved the villa and pool. The old town was about 30/40 mins drive and the hippie market just down the road. Lots of lovely local restaurants to try without having to drive far. We will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely fell in love with this house. It was a great location for us - off the beaten track and incredibly peaceful but near our friends and close enough to San Carlos and Calla Llenya that we could pick up groceries / coffee and head to the beach with minimal effort / energy. The house is well finished and well equipped and the garden and pool are both very beautiful.As a host, Cathy was brilliant - great pre arrival comms, very comprehensive check in and on call if needed throughout the week.

We spent 10 days in the house and we enjoyed every single minut there. The house is very well located - max 30 min driving distance from any place. We enjoyed the property and the pool. This is really a quite place ! Cathy is a fantastic host caring to guests whenever needed !!

Beautiful villa in peaceful area

We absolutely loved Cathy’s villa and the gorgeous salt water swimming pool was one of the highlights, especially as it was so hot. The villa is spacious and peaceful and located in a stunning part of the island. Cathy was kind and welcoming and quickly responded to anything we asked. Very highly recommended.

Superb Stay!

We have been regular visitors to Ibiza over the years and this villa was a very special find - I’d love to come back! It is large and spacious, very well equipped kitchen and the host was super informative and helpful before and during our stay. The new look pool was enjoyed by us all and a welcome addition in the summer heat! Well located for beaches, choice of supermarket and easy to find. Thank you.

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved our stay in the villa. It is so much nicer and bigger than the photos can show and is everything we needed (the only note is there isn’t any hand soap or washing up liquid etc so you need to buy those on route). We also loved St Carlos which is super close and had a gorgeous local vibe. Cathy was the perfect host and made everything go smoothly and we would love to come back soon.

Relaxing stay in a lovely house

We have a fantastically relaxing stay over the last two weeks in Cathy and Bartolo's lovely property. Everything was as described and we were able to easily find places for groceries and to eat out thanks to some great suggestions by Cathy. Everything running up to arriving was really very easy as Cathy communicated with us on WhatsApp and was on hand if we needed anything whilst we stayed in Ibiza. We would thoroughly recommend the property and hopefully will return when we can.

Family stay in August

We had a fabulous week in Ibiza and the villa was perfect for our family in terms of size and layout. My 2 year old loved the pool. Cathy and Bartolo were attentive and super helpful hosts and even offered to drive us to get groceries before we picked up our hire car! The villa is so clean and well equipped with every utensil you might need for a week’s stay and is less than 5 minutes drive to San Carlos for restaurants and shops and less than 10 to Cala Nova beach. Highly recommended for a peaceful break away from the party element of the island!

Best holiday ever!

We just returned from the most amazing trip to Cathy & Bartolos stunning villa in Ibiza. The villa had absolutely everything we needed for the perfect trip, it was so clean and airy, the pool and outside area was amazing, the location was idyllic and beautiful. Cathy and Bartolo went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay - we will 100% be returning, we may even make it an annual event! We’ve recommended to everyone we know. Great place to be

Cathy is a lovely, very friendly host. We had a great time at the finca. We only missed some kitchen appliances, but Cathy was very open to take care of that. We did not get a good WiFi signal in the upper floor and our mobile providers also delivered a very weak signal in the area, but that's nothing the landlord is responsible for. Also a good place for security-minded people as for the alarm system. Clear recommendation!

Großartig

Wir haben in diesem wunderbaren Haus einen großartigen Urlaub verbracht. Ich zögere fast eine Rezension zu schreiben, aus Sorge, dass es das nächste Mal wenn wir wiederkommen wollen ausgebucht sein könnte ;-). Die Bilder entsprechen absolut der realität, das Haus war supersauber und es war - sogar für eine Köchen mit hohen Anforderungen alles vorhanden das man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Cathy hat ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, danke für alles! Ulrike

Perfect stay

We had a very polite reception obyCathy, could leave our luggage already in the villa (even though beeing a bit early) and enjoyed our stay were much. Very clean, new bathrooms, perfect pool setting, large secluded premise..., nothing to complain, we would love to come again next year

Perfekc!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Objekt und alles war so, wie es die Bilder und Beschreibungen erwarten ließen. Nicht nur die Ausstattung war gut, sondern auch der "Service" der Eigentümer vor Ort.
