Die Wohnung ist für maximal vier Personen ausgelegt und besteht aus einem Badezimmer; für zwei Schlafzimmer, beide mit Doppelbett; Kichnette und ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch.
Das Apartment bietet Zugang zu einem fantastischen Garten, in dem Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten genießen oder sich sonnen können.
Sie haben nur ein Zwischengeschoss T1 (gegen Aufpreis), unabhängig von der Hauptwohnung, mit internem Zugang, der durch den Garten hergestellt wird. Das T1 ist für drei Personen konzipiert und besteht aus einem Doppelbett, einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Kochnische und einem Badezimmer.
Beide Apartments verfügen über eine Klimaanlage.


Ein paar Meter entfernt ist der berühmte Bolhão Markt, die einen Besuch nicht verpassen! Der traditionelle Markt ist das Wahrzeichen der Stadt Porto und dort ihre Einkäufe erledigen können Ihre Mahlzeiten, alles frisch zuzubereiten!

Only a few minor issues, like one plug for 2 sinks, and no tea towels that would have made our stay better. Location was great for our needs, and property manager were always prompt to deal with.

The apartment was clean and well stocked. Access is by phone app or key. Location is near amenities like restaurants and stores without being on a busy street.Very comfortable beds and pillows.Manager was responsive to requests and problems. It would be easy to do a few small things that would make a big difference to travelers - like additional small tables in the living room, and next to the beds. More table lamps for more light, it was too dark. If you or family enjoy playing games or reading books this apartment is too dark at night. The annex definitely needs a lamp in the bedroom. The bathrooms both need some small shelves, built in little shelves in the shower in addition to the main part of the bathroom, There is no where to even put a toothbrush or bottle of shampooThe kitchen was very basic, and needed some other things, like an ice tray, some tupperware. The stove was fussy and hard to use. We got it going once but it was not consistent.The patios were very nice and really enhanced the sense of space.Not really a space for 7, it would be maximum 6, and at that it would be extremely crowded if all 6 were sharing meals in one location - not enough chairs in the main dining area for example. One small sofa in the living room.

Nicely restored downtown apartment

The apartment is small but has been very nicely restored, furnished and decorated. The bedrooms were comfortable, though without much extra room. The apartment is located in a busy area of the city. We often walked to the river front areas which took maybe 15 minutes, but it's easy to taxi/Uber also. There were a number of things that didn't meet our expectations: 1) There was no wi-fi in the annex. 2) While we didn't use the TV much, the reception on most channels (including English channels) was poor (very fuzzy) 3) Unlike some apartments we've stayed in, this one was not well stocked - no salt/pepper/coffee/etc. in the kitchen, very few dishes/glasses for four people, few paper towels. We sent a message to the representative during our stay and received no response which was disappointing. The apartment is nice (though small) and well located, but it would be nice to see some more attention to detail (like a better stocked kitchen) and more responsive owners.

A great central locale for visiting the sites and tastes of Oporto!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this location. We found to so well located for just about everything we wanted to do during our 4 day stay in Oporto. Such a walking city, and the Metro is so handy for the longer distances. We can recommend so many places to dine, from the Traveller Cafe for breakfast or a quick snack, to Casa Ribeiro for dinner before seeing the Mariza show at the Coliseu do Porto. We had a wonderful Portuguese meal at Meet and Taste, in Vila Nova de Gaia, before taking the Porto Ferreira wine tour. Abel was a wonderful host who provided details for shopping and eating and the best ways to get around. The only true negative we had for the apartment was the glass shower wall is probably a few inches shorter than it needs to be. If you run the shower at full strength, you are sure to get water on the bathroom floor outside of the shower area. Other than that, we had a marvelous stay. Sadly the weather did not cooperate for us to partake in the patio/outside areas through the green doors.

It was a great stay for 5 people

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is pretty central, not too far from the metro and a 800 meter walk to the Sao Bento train station. The neighbor hood is quite good, with restaurants and shopping near by. The place was very clean and had a cute garden apartment that supplied an extra bedroom and bath. The garden was great for having evening wine and cheese "dinners". There is no washing machine, but there is a laundry around the corner that you can drop of your cloths and pick them up later that day. The property manager, Daniela was very helpful and informed us of many options for restaurants and shopping.
