Dies ist ein wunderschön gestaltetes 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 ¾ Bad 2 Geschichte Stadthaus in einer großartigen Lage in der Innenstadt von Morro Bay. Es hat einen offenen Grundriss, die 6 Personen bequem Platz finden. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Kamin, einen Flachbild-TV und eine Blue Ray DVD-Player, Bücher und Spiele für Ihren Genuss. Alle Zimmer verfügen über einen Flachbildschirm-TV und Fernbedienung. Das Obergeschoss Wohnraum verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Essbereich, die für eine einfache Unterhaltung und Zugang zu einer Terrasse mit Grill aus dem Wohnzimmer und Blick auf das Meer alles offen ist. Auch im Obergeschoss ist die Master-Suite mit eigenem ¾ Bad und ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Gäste-WC und 2. Schlafzimmer, die ein Kingsize-Bett, das in zwei Einzelbetten kann leicht umwandeln. Die erste Etage hat das 3. Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, das in zwei Einzelbetten auch leicht umwandeln kann, Bad, Waschmaschine und Trockner und eine Garage für zwei Autos. Es ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang in die Innenstadt und der Embarcadero mit tollen Restaurants und Geschäften. Der Strand und die Felsen sind auch zu Fuß von diesem Hause.

Perfect location

Stayed here for a weekend with friends and had a great time. Location is super close to downtown and there is plenty of parking. It has a very spacious live ng room and kocten, which is perfect for entertaining. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant and Relaxing stay

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean and well stocked townhome. The place was sparkling clean, very comfortable and in a great location. It was convenient to the grocery store, walking distance to the marina and the local coffee houses. I would definitely stay here again and hope to soon in the near future.

We booked last minute and pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of the property manager, cleanliness which is a big thing for our family to feel comfortable with a stay, and location. Wonderful Property

Our stay was terrific. The apartment was clean, neat and well managed. The kitchen has everything one would need to start cooking. Check in and check out process was seamless. Bed comfortable. We will be returning to Morro Bay and would like to stay here again.

Very nice townhouse near the Rock

This townhome was very clean with all the necessary amenities. We were happy to get away and have a beautiful change of scenery. It is a 10 minute walk to the water and wonderful restaurants. We cooked most nights and the kitchen had every possible pan and utensil one would need. Enjoyed our stay!!

21st Birthday!

Three of us moms stayed with our newly 21 year old daughters. We went wine tasting in Paso, dinner and bars in SLO in addition to Morro. We enjoyed walking around Morro and saw sea lions, otters and other wildlife. We were there for the Saturday farmers market so we walked around and the girls found some treasures at the local thrift shops. The place was very roomy and it was great that each bedroom had a bathroom they could use!

Well-appointed and comfortable

Just the two of us and our dog - ample room, quiet, well-appointed, nice big kitchen. Used the grill once! Walking distance to town, short drive to big grocery store. Suggested the upgrade to a Smart TV in main room (had to bring my own hdmi cable to connect my device to it)...Would have liked clearer wifi instructions, and better instructions for using automated door lock. Nothing insurmountable...Wish we could have stayed longer. Very pleasant experience!

Spacious Bright Town House

Townhouse was exactly as seen in photos. Clean, bright and very spacious with a open layout. Kitchen was fully stocked, rooms had black-out curtains and 3 full bathrooms. Very cozy place in a quiet neighborhood. No AC so the ceiling fans will be the source of cooling. Found the bed linens weren't already on , so be sure to do that before going to bed. Would absolutely rent the TH again . Nearby grocery shops, freeway, and walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. Great place for any gatherings.

Well equipped, comfy townhouse!

This condo was very well equipped and furnished very comfortably. Kelly was a pleasure to deal with. However, if you're looking for a peaceful/quiet weekend, this location isn't the quietest. The traffic on Main Street is pretty loud if you have the slider open. Also, the neighbor's garage is right under the living room. Throughout the day, they probably opened and closed that door 100 times, with each time vibrating the living room floor. And you'll also hear the fog horn throughout your stay. Proximity to local restaurants and the boardwalk was fantastic. We loved the Siren for watching live music and football.

Relaxing getaway

We were looking for a place to stay near the ocean for a few days. While the house was much larger than what we needed for just the two of us and our dog, it worked out well. It was less than a mile to the grocery store, beach, and restaurants. We put the car in the garage and walked most of the places we went during our stay. The condo unit is large and open. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels, blankets, etc. The kitchen is well stocked, better than most rentals. For dog owners, there is no yard, but there is a small grass area right out the front door. With the windows open, there is a little bit of street noise, but it's quiet with the windows closed. The master bedroom has room darkening shades, which is much appreciated. It would have been nice to have a garage door remote to use, instead of always having to have one person open and close the garage door, then go through the front door, but it's a minor inconvenience. The property manager was easy to work with.

This condo was the best VRBO we've ever used. Clean, well appointed, great location. There were three couples and it was just the perfect set up for all of us. Also, the kitchen was so well supplied. We will definitely come back. Also, the location to the farmers market, restaurants and the waterfront could not have been better.

Walking Morro Bay

I had family visiting from Texas and wanted them to experience the charm of California’s central coast. I selected this property due to its location and room to accommodate everyone in our group. This property has nice furnishings, was well appointed from nice towels and linens, all the utensils/appliances needed as well as bicycles and beach chairs. Thankfully, this condo’s location allowed us to walk everywhere we wished to explore in Morro Bay. Good thing as it helped us to exercise off some of the excess calories we took in at the numerous good restaurants we enjoyed while there. If you are looking for a place to stay in Morro Bay and need room for six people, this is it.

Wonderful getaway

This was an incredible vacation home - the best we've ever stayed at! The space is large, modern, and very clean. The kitchen is a dream for cooking in - plenty of space and everything you could ever want to use and more. It was well stocked with high quality pots, pans, etc. The location was great as it's very easy to walk or ride bikes anywhere. Would definitely stay here again!
