Harbor View Suites has a security camera system that monitors exterior walkways and exterior common guest areas only. These cameras do not capture any interior spaces or private areas.

Beach-N-Bay Getaways welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.
