1/2 Block vom Meer - Drei Balkone Das Hotel liegt einen halben Block vom Strand entfernt mit Zugang zum Strand fast gegenüber dem Grundstück. Diese einzigartig gestaltete Unterkunft hat ein besonderes Strandthema und ist wunderschön dekoriert. Es gibt drei Balkone und eine Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Ozean. Zwei Schlafzimmer (französisches Bett und eine Reihe von Zwillingen), hat die Lounge ein Ausziehsofa. Zwei Badezimmer. Dies ist eine Wohnung, kein ganzes Haus.

We were there for a girls' beach weekend, and this property didn't disappoint. It is clean, nicely furnished in a beachy motif, and really comfortable. It is just a few steps from the beach, and not far from whatever you could need. We will definitely book here next time we go to Amelia Island.

Comfortable place. Very easy and quick walk to a beautiful beach. 10-12 minute drive to adorable downtown area. Would have been very nice to have a keurig with some supplied pods. Also was surprised to be required to take out the garbage with the high cleaning fee.

Pleasantly surprised when we arrived! The unit was far cozier and cuter than we expected! Immediately fell in love with the place. There's a rooftop terrace that gave us killer views of the ocean also within walking distance to a popular restaurant. Not 1, not 2, but 3 balconies! Beach in less than a 5 minute walk. 15 minute drive to major retailers for supply runs. We were so impressed! We'll be booking another stay at a different location with this company for our next Florida getaway! Wanna sea, do it! You won't regret it!

This was a wonderful place to stay, would definitely be back. It was stocked with everything you would want for a rental and close to the beach. Ceiling heights were a little short for my 6’5” but other than that everything was perfect!

Upstairs Rental

Great experience. It is a short distance from sliders and the surf grill. Also a short distance from a walking trail that my daughter loved. We enjoyed it.

Perfect. Glad we chose it.

This condo was perfect for us ( 2 adults, 2 teenagers). Reviews had me a little worried but glad we came anyway as height issues and space concerns were not a problem for us. Everything we needed. Beach access directly across the street. Exterior could use a update but interior is nice and updated.

Winter Escape

This property is centrally located. Not far from Old Downtown Fernandina. It is right across the street from the beach, a nice walk down the pier and you are on the beach. The Unit was clean and well-equipped. We contacted the owner with a minor issue and it was taken care of immediately. Hope to stay here again.

Good location

The property is right across the street from a beach access, which is great! And super close to downtown Fernandina and other restaurants. My husband and I felt like the room was very homey and welcoming. I did notice that the boards for the porch and stairs and the rooftop area were either loose or just missing altogether. I think that could be updated for safety but overall it was a nice stay!

Great location!

The place was in a convenient spot for everything including the beach! The description indicated it was right across the street from the beach/ocean which was technically true but the view was minimal even from the crows nest. The rug in the living room had a large stain and the couch also was worn and stained. It didn’t interfere with our stay but could use some TLC.

The property was very nice and clean did have a nice pool and hot tub. A few down falls...hot water was not very hot! Also the dishwasher started leaking on the 2nd load of dishes so mostly had to hand was. The internet service was spotty at times! Nice short walk to the beach and the view was spectacular.
