Eine gemütliche frühe Cambria Kabine

Das Bonny Cottage, eine der ursprünglichen Hütten von Cambria, liegt hoch in einer reizvollen Gegend, die liebevoll als Happy Hill bekannt ist. Ruhig, privat, umgeben von Bäumen und Gärten, ist es weniger als eine Meile zu den Dörfern und zum Moonstone Beach. Dieses Cottage wurde 1923 erbaut und bewahrt seinen ursprünglichen Sinn für Charme und Geschichte. Es wurde jedoch sorgfältig für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt eingerichtet.
Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit wunderbar erholsamen Betten (ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Queensize-Bett) und luxuriöser Bettwäsche. Es gibt ein Hauptbadezimmer sowie eine Gästetoilette. Shampoo, Conditioner und andere Toilettenartikel und Notwendigkeiten werden zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das ruhige, gemütliche Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Gaskamin und Fenstertüren, die sich zum Sonnenlicht (oder Sternenlicht) öffnen und Meerblick bieten. Sie finden eine große Auswahl an Büchern sowie zwei Kabel-TVs und einen DVD-Player. Wir sollten erwähnen, dass sich das Dekor ändert, um die Jahreszeiten zu feiern: Herbst, Winter, Frühling und Sommer, jeweils für sich.
Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Glaswaren, Geschirr, Kochgeschirr und grundlegenden Vorratskammern. Je nach Wetter und Stimmung können Sie auch im Freien grillen und speisen.
Nachdem Sie Ihre Tage damit verbracht haben, alles zu erkunden, was Cambria und die kalifornische Mittelküste zu bieten haben, kommen Sie nach Hause, um unter der massiven alten Eiche zu lesen, ein Glas Wein oder eine Tasse Tee in den Gärten zu genießen, und beobachten Sie, wie sich das Meer auf dem sonnigen Deck färbt oder Nachts am Feuer sitzen und den Wellen lauschen ...

Cute little cottage amongst houses of varying architectural style, so kind of cool. It’s a walkable neighborhood if you like some inclines. Great for the pooch too! The house is cute and fairly small, the king bed was fine so my wife and I were satisfied. The kitchen was small but nice, ok for everything we needed to do. The only thing was the gas stove’s pilot light was not on so you’d have to light with a match. We did not cook anyway so no big deal. There are nice views from virtually every room. We would return for sure.

Loved the automatic candles too, nice evening greeting after a day exploring the area.The cabin really is conveniently located to town and Moonstone Beach, but it is on quite a hill! I especially enjoyed perusing the bookcase! So many great books to enjoy -I did - during our stay.I would definitely stay here again. Our pups really enjoyed the trip too! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, I’ll mention what desperately needs to be improved. Black-out curtains in BOTH bedrooms. ALL channels available to BOTH televisions. One of the loveseats in the living room should be replaced with a full couch so that vacationers can take a nap there if they choose. Now, on the positive side. EXTREMELY comfortable beds. Cozy and charming decor. (Loved the electric candles!) Great location - super close to both the town and to Moonstone Beach. Wonderful reading and DVD selection. Tons of inviting outdoor spaces with ocean views from the deck. Very personal touches made house feel like a temporary home rather than just a vacation rental. In closing, we would happily stay here again!

Wonderful!

This place is so cute! Very well done and decorated-large yard, great seating. So fun to come back to the house and have the ambience of all the candles. Love the history of this place. It’s immaculate and has very nice linens. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anybody.

Vintage House with a Fenced Yard!

Very nice fenced back yard seating areas and the expansive front yard made for great privacy. The house also has a furnished deck with a nice ocean view. The kitchen is small but is just fine for a couple. I stayed a few days this time and would stay again. Very convenient to town. I've always had great luck with this property management company and have stayed at several of their rental properties.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the cottage—it exceeded all my expectations. The charming ambiance, coupled with the candles illuminating at 8 PM, made me feel right at home. It truly was a magical experience, incredibly cozy, and impressively well-stocked. The massive tree in the backyard, adorned with moss, added to the enchanting atmosphere.

Long weekend getaway

This is a sweet, romantic step back in time. So many cozy and thoughtful touches throughout. Especially loved the candles on timers and the multiple spots to sit and enjoy the views. We will definitely be back.
