This 3 story home provided for a very relaxing get-away. Although it is 3 stories, the elevator makes the stairs unnecessary. We spent most of our time on the expansive living space on the top floor, where a wall of windows affords an amazing view of the waves. We enjoyed sea breezes from the deck. The second floor has two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, all of which were well-furnished. We didn’t use the first floor bedroom. The neighborhood is very quiet with minimal car traffic. We saw deer grazing on our late afternoon walks. My only criticism is that none of the windows on the top floor open, making it hard to hear the waves, which you can do from the decks (two on the top floor, one off a second floor bedroom). Breen Vacation Station is always a pleasure to deal with; this is our third or fourth rental and we no doubt will use them again.
