Dieses Gerät befindet sich im Worldmark Timeshare-Resort und wird von Wyndham verwaltet, der Nummer 3 der Hotelgruppen in den USA (nach Hilton und Marriott). Wyndham geht weit über die Branchenstandards hinaus, um uns, den Eigentümern von Worldmark, eine Freude zu bereiten, sodass wir ihren Verwaltungsvertrag jedes Jahr verlängern. Dieses Resort in Kihei verfügt über 200 Einheiten, die erst vor einigen Monaten renoviert wurden. Das Reinigungs- und Wartungsteam hält sie in perfektem Zustand. Ich hatte das Glück, viele Worldmark-Urlaubspunkte zu sammeln, habe aber keine Zeit, sie alle zu nutzen. Als meine Gäste haben Sie alle Rechte und Privilegien der Stammbesitzer. Wenn etwas kaputt geht oder Ihnen die Küchen- und Badezimmerausstattung ausgeht, rufen Sie einfach die Rezeption an und sie kümmern sich umgehend um alles. Das Resort liegt direkt gegenüber von einem tollen Strand, Kamaole 1, sehr ruhig und kinderfreundlich. Das Resort bietet auch einen schönen Außenpool, einen Whirlpool, ein Kinderbecken, Grillmöglichkeiten sowie Fitness- und Erholungszentren. Rauchverbot in der Einheit, keine Haustiere erlaubt, muss 21 oder älter sein, um zu buchen. Beim Check-in bittet das Resort um eine Gutschrift oder eine Einbehaltung einer Debitkarte, die vollständig erstattet wird.
Die Einheiten werden am Morgen des Check-ins zugewiesen und Sie erhalten die beste verfügbare Einheit am Tag Ihrer Ankunft. Die hier gezeigten Bilder stammen vom Resort und stellen eine typische Einheit dar. Alle Einheiten wurden zur gleichen Zeit umgebaut, alle sind klimatisiert, haben eine ähnliche Größe und Aufteilung und die gleichen Geräte, Möbel und Vorräte.

Great location but very weathered place

Location was fantastic. Across from beach and abc store and several restaurants were within walking distance. Unit was very old and weathered with lots of patchy fix it jobs. Pool was small and extremely crowded. We never went once. Gym was nice to have but equipment was not maintained and many pieces were old and in need of repair. There was Construction on unit beside us the entire duration of trip. Extremely loud and all the boxes and supplies were stored directly in front of our unit the entire 11 days. Beds were comfy. Two single and one king and a Murphy bed that we didn’t make use of Washer and drier were great but no laundry detergent supplied. No chairs or umbrella so need to purchase your own Overall Great location but wouldn’t stay here again

I am really sorry about the construction. Resort finally started renovations, replacing flooring, cabinets, appliances, fixtures, etc. It will be beautiful!

Overall good stay for large group

Good experience, pool and hot tub were nice. Large space for family, overall clean but room outdated. Very close to beach, only 5 minute walk, perfect for watching sunset. Only issues we encountered were coffee machine not working and 2 of 3 BBQs not working in front of our area. Issues resolved quickly by staff. Would stay again.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed the location of the property, but felt a few things were lacking. This was the first time we rented a time-share property and the condo lacked the extras you would normally get like beach and pool accessories, cooler etc. The condo was in rough shape, despite calling a few times, the A/C didn’t work in the kids’ room. You could see where they spot painted and patched walls, window curtains super dirty. There is a good chance they’re still recovering from the Covid struggles, but these are things seldom seen in individually owned condos. Also the sprinklers where out unit was in building 3 would soak everything on the lanai, so don’t leave anything outside overnight. The owner we booked through was phenomenal and I can’t say enough about Tim. Communication was great, Wi-Fi instructions were clear, no issues that way at all. The pool area has a cool “take it or leave it” style pantry for when guests leave and don’t want things to go to waste. There is also a “wish box” that people leave beach and pool toys in. It was usually empty, but we got lucky with a boogie board in there. The pool area is beautiful, warm and relaxing. The hot tub could have been turned down a bit though. I’m a bit sensitive to hear, but can usually manage a hot tub, but this was way too hot. There is a massage therapist that works in the pool area where you can book 50 or 80 minute massages at a very reasonable rate. All in all, small room issues aside, we had a fantastic vacation. Being across the road from Kam 1 was awesome and allowed us to indulge in many sunsets and ample close boogie boarding.

Great for business, awesome management/owner

I myself did not stay at this unit, but my employees who did let me know about their stay. I dealt with Tim, the owner/manager and he couldn't have been any better. He was very quick with his responses, gave me all the info my employees would need and went above and beyond to upgrade the reservation to a three bedroom. Truly made this booking process as well as their stay very comfortable. My employees thought the place was great! They had everything they needed for their stay and ended up having their own rooms which was a bonus. They said the beds were comfortable and they were so thankful for the AC in the unit. They mentioned the unit itself was very clean, from the kitchen, to the bathrooms. Check in for them was very easy, which was nice due to just getting off work and wanting to relax. I would recommend this location to anyone on business, as well as for families. Tim was so kind throughout the booking process and I will definitely look into booking with him again for future work we have on Maui.

Ok, not worth the price

Maui is expensive in general, but I don't understand all of the associated fees with this property. Owner fees, service fees and taxes make it twice the nightly price! The walls are super thin here, we heard some elephants running around upstairs and heard our neighbor's argument word for word. Ok place to stay, just not worth the money.

Great location!

Loved the location. Walking distance to several restaurants, shops and best of all ... the beach! We also ate at the Thai food truck several times and the pork sliders were awesome. Really felt like it was the perfect spot in Maui. The accommodations were good. Layout was perfect and felt bigger than what the pictures show. Very basic but that’s all we needed. We didn’t have a view, which wasn’t a big deal but we had a 4 month old baby and would like a little more of a view next time because there were a several days one of us was stuck inside during nap time. It would be nice to at least have a view and some sunlight. Pool was great and very busy during the day. Seems like some people never go to the beach and just hang around the pool all day. Water temp was cold first day and then extremely warm by the end of the trip. They have a place at the pool where people can leave leftover pool toys and random stuff. We left our noodles that we got from Safeway. There were tons of beach toys. Overall this was a great place and I’d stay here again.

Great location

Property is in a great location close to everything in Kihei and walking distance to the beach. We stayed in a 1st floor unit which was extremely convenient. The property grounds look so much better in person, I was really impressed. Pool area was very nice and well kept up along with the entire complex. The only thing I will say is the room did have a moisture damp smell/feel when you walk in. Other than that, it’s spacious and well kept up. I would stay here again!

Great location, but rooms are dirty

We loved the location of this property and the size of the room was awesome! However, the carpet was filthy and turned out feet black right after we showered, and the room was not cleaned properly. We found pretzel bites on the floor next to nightstands, the fridge handles were dirty, the washing machine door seal was covered in black sludge mold and the bathrooms needed attention. On the upside, we did get a partial ocean view and the pool was great! Overall it was a great location, but I wouldn’t stay here again due to it being hard to relax and feel comfortable in a room that was so dirty and we couldn’t do laundry.

Just OK...won’t stay there again

It was fine...bed was comfortable, people at check in were nice, unit was pretty clean. Unit was very dark, only natural light in living area was from the sliding door to the covered deck. Deck looked out at another building. Unit was right by the area where all of the smokers would sit and smoke so we had to walk through that every time we returned. No coffee maker in unit at check in, but they did deliver one. Dryer wasn’t functioning properly (clothes not dry after 90 min). Someone came out while we were gone and repaired it but got grease on clothes that were in the dryer. We were on the other of the island and couldn’t rush back to remove items I had been trying to dry. It worked, but I won’t return.

Great location and clean comfortable place to call home (for a week)!

This property is located directly across the street from a gorgeous beach with lots to do. We snorkeled, boogie boarded, watched the whales, and enjoyed beautiful sunsets all just a short walk from our unit. Our family of six was very comfortable in the condo and the Murphy bed was great for teenagers who get cranky sleeping in the same bed! The kitchen was stocked fairly well with supplies and spices, allowing us to save money by eating most of our meals at the condo. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to stay that we would recommend to friends and family!

I was a little leery due to the relatively low price but this place was missing NOTHING. Every little detail was accounted for. AC in every room was a nice touch. The staff on property were very friendly. In addition to the heated main pool (complete with a waterfall feature) and hot tub, there was also a little 2ft deep kiddie pool (extra heated) that was perfect for our little ones. I don’t think there is a better imaginable option for a large family with small children.

OK for one night

we were glad to have one night here New Year’s Eve. We had low expectations and they were met, not exceeded. Our first floor unit was near the stairway, so we heard voices and noise of people going up and down. The master bedroom was in the back and much quieter, but had a view of air conditioner compressors. The unit itself had everything but it was very dated. It was spotlessly clean. Parking was easy and a short walk to the beach. Pool area was Ok, but not that nice.

Reasonable, convenient located base for a Maui vacation

The condo was clean and simply furnished. I would give it about 3 stars overall - it's not a luxury condo. The kitchen is pretty sparse; minimal spices, tiny single use salt/pepper shakers, no cooking oil, nothing like aluminum foil / cling wrap / tupperware etc. It would have been helpful to have a few more such items provided. There were plenty of towels and easy access to more (for beach). The location is good - across the street from Kamaole Beach 1, fairly central (for accessing Ahihi Nature preserve, Lahaina, Halakeala, Hana Highway) and there are several shops, two snorkel / dive shops, two grocery stores and a variety of restaurants within a couple of miles in both directions. The check in/check out process was easy and the staff there were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful family vacation!

Very close to a great beach- boogie boarding, snorkeling with turtles and swimming. We enjoyed many of the local restaurants. If we could add a midweek clean next time that would be wonderful. When on vacation I don't really want to clean. 😉
