The apartment is located in a very nice residential property with swimming pool. The apartment is nice and well organised. It was a pleasure to be there. Only misunderstanding was on which was the apartment exactly, but after a few call the security helped me to find it

Awesome stay right by the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was perfect for our needs. The full kitchen was awesome for cooking and the pool is FANTASTIC. Perfect location, walkable to many things including the beach. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Easy access to town

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were meeting up with friends coming off the cruise ship, and we could easily walk down to the port. Close to beach (paid beach, around $200 JMD or $3 USD), Margaritaville, Starbucks, and shops. Would stay here again!

Stayed at the studio apartment for an extended vacation over the Easter holidays. The facilities are excellent and as described, and the service provided by Mellony and Kerone is first-rate. Convenient Location

We always try to stay at Turtle Towers as it is super convenient to town, has easy parking and includes beach access. This unit we had never stayed in before but it is in a tower closer to the ocean which means it is quieter which was nice.

Everything went ok....needed tutor for hot water in shower and would prefer more closet space. If only 2 people would like extra cot to be removed. Sofa sleeper would be better in my opinion

Very great location.. close to entertainment, restaurants,bar,clubs and free access to beach.Very secure location with security at entrance 24 hours... only problem with this studio was no balcony but everything else was on point including elevator with free secured parking

Loved it!!

Loved this studio apt, it had everything I needed for my stay. A comfy bed, nice flat screen tv on the wall. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need as we cook most evenings so we was happy with the pots and pans etc. The shower was great with a good supply of hot water. The apt was very clean and smelt fresh. The building has a laundry on the ground floor which I used a couple of times with reasonable prices. The apt is central to everything, shops, beach, nightlife etc. You have free access to the beach through the back gate. You can also get a free sun lounger, however I think that the management need to invest in some new loungers as most of them were broken and uncomfortable which meant I had to pay for a good one, that was quite expensive especially as I was there for 18 days! However this has no bearing on the apartment as it was perfect. The booking process was smooth with the owner Mellony who responded fast. Kerone the apt manager was on hand and did try to contact me a few times but I must admit I was up and out early everyday, however when I needed clean bedding and sheets Kerone came round and provided them. I really recommend this apt and I myself will be booking it again for my next stay in a few months!!

The apartment itself, vintage decor and kitchen dated but, I liked it because that's my style. However, the room bathroom vent needs sorting out, I almost choked due to the smell of marijuana coming from other room through the bathroom vent which i accidentally leftbon andvfell asleep. At 2.30am, i was awaken because I started choking and got a headache, i turned off the AC, the fan and the bathroom vent but, the room was already saturated with smoke. I emailed the host but, was told that unfortunately there's nothing that can be done. However, I figured out quickly that it was the bathroom vent because it shares switch with the light and because the room is dark due to the type of drapes,and it's only one layer, once you open those, everyone at Sand Castles can see in your room. So, I had to keep those closed most time. Then, I turned on the bathroom light and marijuana smoke came flooding in again so, i had to keep the bathroom light turned off the whole stay. Yes, there is something they can do, they can get an electrician remove separate the switch for the vent from the light which is what we have at home, if you're showering you may not need the vent so, you dont have to turn on that switch. Also, they can have them look at where the vent line leads,and direct it outside rather than sharing with another apartment. Outside of that, the apartment was fine; dated, but, quite fine to stay.

schönes sauberes Appartement

Das Appartement war sauber und modern ausgestattet, wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und sicher. Der dazugehörige Strand ist nur bis 18 uhr zugänglich. Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Betreuung vor Ort war einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Wir konnten das Appartement leider erst 2 Tage später beziehen, da der Vormieter den Schlüssel nicht abgegeben hatte. Man hatte uns jedoch sofort eine andere gleichwertige Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellt, die sehr nahe gelegen war. Chek Out lief ohne Probleme. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.
