Wunderschöne Wohnung mit unberührtem Panoramablick mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Yachthafen, eine sehr gepflegte Lage, geräumige, helle Wohnung am Jachthafen, neue Wohnung mit allem ganz neu, wie zu Hause weg von zu Hause.

Wir haben die Wohnung mit hochwertigen Möbeln eingerichtet und ein tolles, komfortables Kingsize-Bett.

Wir haben ein großes Sofa-Doppelbett, das auf den fantastischen Panoramablick schaut.

Die Sonne trifft den Balkon vom frühen Nachmittag, so dass Sie eine gute Mahlzeit und ein Glas fabelhafter portugiesischer Wein genießen können, der die Sonne und die Aussicht genießt.
Der Pool ist umgeben von wunderschönen Hedging und Pflanzen und ist sehr ruhig und entspannend, es wird täglich gereinigt und hat ein Kinderbecken und kleine Wasser-Funktion für sie zu spielen unter.

Es gibt keine Notwendigkeit für ein Auto hier, da der Strand ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt durch den Yachthafen, und die Stadt ist auch 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, gibt es eine große Pingo Doce Supermarkt 4 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung und es gibt Kneipen, Café und Restaurants nur 2 Minuten entfernt, diese haben einige tolle Musik in der Nacht und servieren gutes Essen.

Es gibt 4 weitere Restaurants in der Nähe von Meia Praia Strand alle innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß mit Blick auf das Meer und preiswert,
Es gibt Pizza Hütte auf dem Yachthafen und Geldautomat, viele kostenlose Parkplätze direkt außerhalb der Straße von der Wohnung.
Die Bushaltestelle ist nur über den Spaziergang über die Brücke, die ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuß und der Bahnhof ist ca. 4 Minuten zu Fuß.
Es gibt keine Hügel zu klettern, was ein großer Bonus in der heißen Sonne ist!

Perfect location! We always try and stay in this area because of location! 5 mins to supermarket and if no car uber back ! 3:00 for uber!Apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay! Great Location

Apartment is in great location near the marina. Air conditioning and WiFi were excellent. Very spacious and pool was good. Property manager was lovely and so helpful, sending us recommendations for restaurants and beaches.

This is a great location in Lagos close to the Marina and old town Lagos. The apartment is in great condition. We heard the building is 8 years old but the apt felt brand new with everything well maintained. Even the hallways and common elements are well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Appliances are high quality and in great shape. The balcony is large and gets the setting sun so great for sitting out for lunch and dinner. The bedroom is large with ample storage for your clothes as well. The hostess set up the TV for English language programs and the internet was fast so I could do some work meetings.Location is ideal. Close enough to walk into town where the selection of restaurants is fantastic! Also within walking distance to a large grocery store for all your shopping needs. The Algarve region is full of beautiful towns and villages along the coast and up in the mountains. We had a rental car so we could tour around from our base of operations. There was more than adequate parking at the apartment. We always got a spot in front of the entrance. Our hostess greeted us the day of our arrival and coordinating the time with her was easy. Come departure time it was the same. We had one question while we were there and she responded promptly with an answer. Loved the location, the apt and the welcome we received in Lagos! Looking forward to a return visit.

Excellent spot!

The apartment is just as pictured in the listing. It is clean, well equipped, comfortable, and the balcony has afternoon and evening sun. The on site swimming pool is an added bonus! The location is ideal for Lagos old town, the marina, and beaches. Michaela and her team were very accommodating to a change in our arrival time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Good location

This top floor apartment is in an excellent location for all amenities. The only downside is the very busy roundabout below, which we knew of before we booked. The apartment is well furnished, with a very necessary outside sunblind, as the balcony can be extremely hot, having the afternoon and evening sun.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay at this property. Lagos was lovely and the apartment very clean, large and well appointed and in a very convenient location for bars, restaurants, beaches and a fantastic supermarket a short distance away! The pool was very nice, well maintained and staffed by life guards. The only negative was that the balcony overlooked the roundabout on what could at times be quite a busy and noisy road. All in all a very nice appointment well located and happily recommended. Oh and one final thing, the communication was excellent and Michaela and her team did a great job of looking after us during our stay!

Bright & Spacious close to Marina

We stayed for the month of February 2023 and found the apartment well equipped for our needs. Our original booking in the Marina was cancelled and it was relisted at a considerably higher rate. The management co. for that property was very difficult to deal with, we feel that having good communications with a host is very important to us and were glad to rebook with Michaela. The weather was cooler than we have experienced in other years, however we realize the host has no control over this. We would definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

The apartment was nice and a good location, easy walk to beach and downtown. Lagos was awesome. However there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay for two people, not really enough. Also, the address provided did not give a unit number, had to call a couple of time to get get it. Owners should update to unit 9. The dishwasher leaked so we had to stop it mid-cycle and finish washing by hand, then clean up the water. It was a good thing we didn’t go out before we noticed.

Great Apartment Overlooking the Marina Area

This was our second time visiting Lagos in the last year. We enjoyed our stay at Micaela’s Condo, and overall it is very well equipped. Of significant note is there is no dryer as indicated in the listing. There is a drying rack, so we made do, but admittedly we chose this over another listing because we thought there was going to be a dryer. The on-site hosts really make this property excellent. Karel picked us up at the train station when we arrived because it was raining, and Estela came once to bail us out when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo. They both go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable. We would stay here again, but the listing really should be updated to reflect the available amenities. Thank you.

Absolute gem

This condo has EVERYTHING you would need! The pictures do not do it justice. We were so surprised to find an immaculate apartment with a huge balcony. Having a washer in the unit was so practical! They even have a dishwasher and everything you would need in kitchen. The pool is so beautiful and there are always spots. Great for older people, couples and families. We were greeted by the owner and she is very kind and helpful. Communication with her was so easy. Is was nice to have a bathtub, shower and bidet. There is a hairdryer which is so great and an ironing board. The sofa in the living room was very comfortable and easily sleeps an extra person. There is a big table on the patio and lounge chairs which makes it perfect to dine while watching the sun set from the balcony every night. Having a car is definitely a plus but for those without you are literally a 5 minute walk away from the marina and restaurants. The location of this apartment is so perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle but yet still so close. You will be a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. They provide beach chairs to take with you to the beach. They have a variety of English channels on the TV. This space is spotless and we were so comfortable during our week long stay. We are sad to be leaving. Do not hesitate to book.

Erstklassige Lage

Die Lage ist überaus günstig: In 10 Fußminuten zur Altstadt, zum riesigen Strand und in 5 Minuten zum Yachthafen mit vielen Kneipen und Restaurants. Die Ausstattung war sicher mal komplett, wird aber nicht überwacht, fehlende Teile in der Küche werden nicht ersetzt (Töpfe ohne Deckel usw.). Die Einweisung ist so flüchtig, dass mehrere Telefonate nötig waren, um Herd und ferngesteuerte Balkonmarkisen bedienen zu können. Wie üblich keine deutschen TV-Programme, aber sehr schneller Internetrouter, sodass man alle Programme streamen kann. HDMI-Kabel zum Anschluss an den Fernseher mitnehmen! Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert für zwei Personen.

A very clean one bed appt with good facilities. There was a lady who lives on-site who met us & gave us guided tour & useful info she was excellent an asset to the owners. The main down side is the very noisy main road the appt balcony looks out onto we didn’t mind too much but could affect some people. The pool was just across road it was secure & clean with shower & toilets available. We really enjoyed our stay here & would book again.

We spent a week in January 2020 to visit family, the property was very well located and a short walking distance to the shops and restaurants which meant you could leave the car and walk. As you would expect in the closed season some od the restaurants were closed, but we were expecting this. The Apartment was clean and had everything we required during our week.
