2. und 3. Etage sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sind sehr geräumig. In diesem großen Haus ist es kein Problem, genügend Platz zu haben! Verleih Auf dem übergroßen Balkon im 2. Stock können die Gäste draußen Cocktails genießen. Der große Poolbereich in der Unterteilung ist ein großartiger Ort, um sich abzukühlen und etwas Sonne zu tanken! Mietgäste mit mehreren Fahrzeugen (maximal 4) können die Garage voll nutzen. Das Villas of South Padre bietet einen privaten Strandzugang, der direkt zum Strand und zum Meer führt!

Very clean and spacious property. My family and I enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back! Perfect location, less than a block from the beach. The kids came and went to and from the beach. The hot tub was the perfect ending to the day. Would highly recommend!!!

Great place for couples/families

We rented this house for mission work in the area. There were 2 couples and 2 singles. Everyone had their privacy, but also space for group study and reflection.

Great home and neighborhood

The large like new home was spectacular for 4 couples. Each bedroom has a spacious walk in bath, nice TVs, and a couple have sitting areas as well. The ktchen is great and we enjoyed the private hot tub and sharing meals at the fenced in patio. Also enjoyed the community swimming pool and tennis courts HIghly recommended and would definately book again. .

Great Property!

Great property. Wonderful location. We rent in this location every year. The property management team at SPI Rentals were very responsive to the only two minor issues we encountered. (Slow flushing toilet and WiFi connection). Both were resolved immediately. We will definitely be back.

Great place but lacks basics

This is a great property and better than pictured. Walking distance to beach. Very comfortable and cool when hot outside. Sheets were soft on sunburned skin. Gated community and security guards made it feel very safe. Pool was great and well maintained. The only complaint is that it was hardly stocked. I’ve never stayed at a place where I had to bring my own salt and coffee filters. There was no sponge to wash the dishes and we cook a lot. So if you stay here, take everything!

Perfect!

This lovely home was perfect,very clean very spacious, well equipped kitchen, and a shady patio with a hot tub. The very short walk to the beach was so nice with the pool right across the street from the house. We had a wonderful time!!!

Great vacation home for families

My family rented this home with my sister, her family and my parents. The home is a quick walk to the beach with a private entry from the community. There is a place to wash off sand right by the beach as well as an outdoor shower as you walk into the community from the beach, which was so convenient with younger kids. The home is right across the street from the clean community pool and hot tub. The home was overall well decorated, spacious and sufficiently clean. Some suggestions would be to clean the floors better and to make sure all the bedding was freshly washed. Overall we had an awesome time at A Blue Marlin at the Villas and would stay here again.
