It’s also great to know our team was able to assist and provide good customer service throughout your stay. We do apologize for the issues you experienced with the A/C and the fan, and your comments have been shared with our maintenance team to ensure these items are fully inspected and addressed. Regarding the tub in the master bathroom, the jets are not operational, which is why it is not advertised as a jacuzzi or jetted tub and is not featured in the listing photos, amenities or description. We understand how this may have been disappointing upon arrival and appreciate you sharing your experience with it. We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you would stay again.
