Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended to explore the mountain areas and surrounding attractions comfortably. Highway 24 provides direct access to Manitou Springs, Colorado Springs, Woodland Park, and Pikes Peak attractions. Be prepared for winding mountain roads and changing weather conditions, especially during winter months. Parking is available on-site, and most attractions are within a short scenic drive.

AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Please note that the dirt road leading to the property is best suited for an all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive vehicle.
Additional dining chairs for the table that seats 10 are located in the closet below the basement staircase. If needed, the table leaves/extensions are stored underneath the dining table.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
Security Cameras:
Exterior security cameras are installed at the main entrance, outside the garage doors, and outside the garage side door for safety and security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home.
Dog Policy:
This house is dog friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee. 3 dogs max. Pet fee at $75. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals.
