Thank you for your review. Upon your arrival the bed was made up with clean linens and fresh towels were duly provided. We do note your stay was two weeks and a mid-stay change of linen is not included as this is self-catering accommodation - although we are happy to offer this option upon guests’ request. To clarify, the cleaning fee, far from being an ‘add-on’, is in fact clearly disclosed upfront in the advertised rate; also, the price breakdown for your stay is clearly indicated before booking the property. The cleaning fee contributes towards the cost of cleaning after your stay. We are disappointed you did not enjoy your stay at the property. Please be assured we strive to provide great service to our guests, and we were glad we were able to resolve the issue of your unauthorised TV subscription at the start of your trip. We wish you happy travels.

Dear Toni, I would like to reiterate that I was saddened to receive your comments, as we do strive hard to ensure our guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay in the apartment. I am sorry some of the furnishings were not to your preference; they are of good quality, and we also ensure any upgrades or repairs are made in a timely manner. Regarding the towels, we cannot provide unlimited numbers, but we did accommodate your request promptly. I do value your feedback and will address areas of concern.
