Unique house situated in the heart of historical center in Cascais. The house offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and one half bathroom, a huge living room and a terrace. Cable TV, AC and wifi.



Renovated house with terrace in historical center in Cascais very close to Teatro Gil Vicente. The house is splitted into 3 floors. In the first floor you have a big living room with a separate seating area where you can watch cable TV and a dining area with a table and 6 chairs. There is a bathroom in the ground floor without bath and the fully equipped kitchen, including a dish washer and washing machine.

In the first floor you have a bedroom with 2 individual beds and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower cabinet. There is a big closet to store your clothes and belongings. Still in the first floor you have a second bedroom with a double bed. Big in area it still offers a separate closet and dressing area. The bathroom offers a bath with shower.

In the second floor you have another living area that includes a double sofabed. You also have a bathroom in this floor offering a shower. The terrace is accessible through this floor where you can enjoy a glass of wine at open air or simply looking at the views and surroundings. For your comfort, air conditioning, both for hot and cold is available at the house.

In the typical streets surrounding you can find restaurants, groceries, cafes, and many shops. You are at two steps from the museum quarter and at walking distance to several beaches

The location was fantastic. However the cleanliness was not. Many issues which we will take up with owner (we have photos) Nearest restaurant 2 mins walking was a lovely local spot away from the crowd, but all places were fun to visit. Beautiful area lots to see and do. Thriving little town, but quieter areas too

Regarding the "many issues which we will take up with owner (we have photos)" we concluded that the main issue was on your side and not on the apartment. It started by you asking us to book a transfer for you, which we did, and by you not showing up nor justifying, nor excusing. The driver just showed up and you didn't. for the many issues our answer: "Good morning, Thank you for your message and for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely regret to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We will certainly take into account all the points you mentioned, as we are always looking to improve the quality of our properties and the experience we provide to our guests. That said, we were quite surprised not to have received any communication from you during your stay. Had you informed us of these issues at the time, we would have done everything possible to address and rectify them immediately to improve your comfort. Unfortunately, by only raising these concerns after your departure, we were not given the opportunity to assess the situation or take action while you were here. For this reason, and given that no complaints were made during the stay, we do not believe it is fair to request compensation after the fact, and we will not be issuing a refund. Perfect place in an excellent location

Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house is steps from the ocean and the beach. We just had some difficulties with the key at times, but otherwise, and excellent stay.

We have stayed with KazaPortugal 5 times and we have been happy each time. The location is very good and the price is good for our budget. We do wish the beds were more comfortable but everything else is very good. Very clean when we get there and the intermediate cleaning was very good. All in all a pleasant experience. Spacious - Great Location

During our travels to Cascais, we always were drawn to the neighborhood of this property. It was larger than what we needed. But we loved the experience of a spacious home and a great location. Heat that worked well. It was a bit chilly during our stay. All house amenities were excellent. Have nothing but great reviews for the property. Looking forward to possibly staying there again.

Excellent charming location, just a few steps away from the waterfront and many restaurants and shops. Great space, very comfortable. Mild musty smell on the main level that got better as we had the air conditioning on. Would have liked a small garbage can in each bathroom as well as soap for the showers. Otherwise well equipped; a great place for a family or group, would stay there again. The host answered our texts and questions promptly and was very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport.

Great house in a fabulous location minutes walk from anything you could possibly need. We spent 5 days here in October with family ranging from 3 to 70 years old and the house accommodated us well. Staff were on hand to greet, provide recommendations and advice and helped with airport transfer bookings. It was nice not need a car nor would i have fancied navigating the narrow cobbled streets! In this location you are a stones throw from great family beaches, restaurants, shops museums and the Parque Marechal Carmona which was a hit with all the family. Easy walk/run up to Boca do Inferno and beyond on the coastal path. Plenty more we didn't have time to do, will definitely return.

Está bien situado, cerca de todos los puntos de interés de Cascáis, además cuenta con un aparcamiento cerca al aire libre, que aunque no es gratuito es barato. Great Location

While location was a little difficult to find and we were unable to park close by it was very central to all that Cascais had to offer. There were no real issues with the property. Dishes and cutlery could have been a little more plentiful. We had a very enjoyable experience.

Great place in a great location

We loved this house. It was very roomy and comfortable, convenient to beaches and restaurants, and had everything we needed for our stay. There was construction next door that got very loud during the day so if you’re planning to be inside during the day you might want to hold off on renting it. Otherwise, it was perfect!

A spacious house in the centre of Cascais old town

The position of the house it is convenient for the beach, train, bars and restaurants. It has a terrace, giving outdoor space. Each bedroom is en-suite,meaning 6 guests can stay comfortably. The house needs some TLC to make it more comfortable for future guests

Location, size and roof terrace. A proper bed in the top room. New single mattresses in twin room as hard and uncomfortable. New pillows on all beds. Loved the house but we didn't get the best night's sleep.

Our second stay at this apartment

We like the location of the house and the space it has. You have now provided 4 chairs to sit outside which is good. There was a new shower curtain in the main bathroom which was good but the one in the attic room had not been washed. We will make a booking for next summer .please make sure the beds are clean with new pillows. thank you I think the house could have a deep clean The mattress covers on the beds should be changed before new guests come In the room with 2 single beds the mattresses were not covered at all All the pillows need renewing they are very old, there should be toilet cleaning materials in the bathrooms for guests to use. Please get a new table cloth to protect the wooden table where guests eat .Thank you

Heart of the city

Clean, spacious property in the heart of Caiscais. Very nicely appointed apartment with everything you need to explore the area. Close to the train station, bus stops, restaurants, beaches and grocery store. No need for a car. Check in was very accommodating since our transportation was late. Our family really enjoyed the apartment and the area.
