Your loyalty means a great deal to us, and we deeply value your constructive comments regarding the areas in need of improvement. Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you encountered during your stay. We take your observations seriously and will address the following points with the property management and maintenance teams: A full deep cleaning of the outside terrace and furniture will be scheduled. The outdoor furniture and cushions will be reviewed and updated where necessary. We will ensure that the appropriate number of sun loungers is provided for future guests. The crockery and glasses inventory will be thoroughly checked and replaced as needed. Additional oven trays will be added to the kitchenware. We are especially concerned about the smell of smoke in the apartment and air conditioning unit, and will carry out a full inspection and deep clean to resolve this issue. Regarding the welcome pack, we understand how much this gesture is appreciated after a long journey and will review its inclusion moving forward. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve the experience we offer to our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide a stay that fully meets your expectations.
