We had a fantastic stay in the apartment (family of 4). The pool complex is incredible- big pool as well as toddler pool & this apartment is a stones throw / more or less on the beautiful beach & crystal clear waters. The large apartment is perfect - excellent air conditioning (quiet) with the comfiest beds we’ve ever stayed in whilst away. Felt very lucky to have found this gem of a spay- great location, comfort & holiday vibe. Hoping to be back next year.

Fabulous location , right next to the beach , great views of beach and pool. Well equipped apartment. The beach is gorgeous, bars and restaurants nearby . We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely apartment, exactly as described and as the pictures. Excellent location with all you need right on your door step. Really helpful welcome pack gives you all the information you need. I would definitely stay here again

Lovely Apartment

Spacious and well located apartment with good pool and pretty gardens. There is a large balcony with nice views of the pool and promenade. Nice cafe bar located at the front of the building. Hope to visit again.

Check-in to the apartment was well managed. The keys were left in a secure place with instructions on how to obtain them. The host provided very good instructions and information about the property and the immediate area. This was greatly appreciated. The apartment itself is well appointed. Spacious enough for a family of 4-6 people. The views are great and you can clearly see the beach or the pool from the balcony. Internet access was fast and easy too.The property had beach chairs and umbrellas available to use which is a nice touch. It saved having to rent loungers on the beach.The amenities nearby are great. Lots of places to eat, a Spar which offers a great deal just outside the complex, and parking is not an issue. There are free car parks nearby but we choose to rent a space for the duration of our holiday.Everyone in the area was friendly and there were no concerns about safety. The apartment felt very secure.Check-out was easy enough, just hand the keys in at the office with no problems regarding my deposit being returned.If you've never been to Calpe before then you will not regret going there. You will definitely not regret booking this apartment. Both the apartment and the location are excellent!

Nice Aparment

We enjoyed our 5-night stay in the apartment. The location is ideal, very close to shops and restaurants. The information booklet provided is an essential read. The bathrooms are nice and modern. The view from the patio of the Ifach and the beach is amazing.

Wonderful

Beautiful apartment, ideal location, all amenities on doorstep. Couldn't access wifi though.Issue with washing machine was dealt with by property management immediately. Would definitely stay again.

On the wifi: your connection problems are probably linked with the fact that the building is in the process of changing the internet provider (which used to be very slow and unstable). A new and more stable wifi system should be up and running now, but unfortunately your stay coincided with the transition period. I am sorry for this. Great apartment in a fantastic location

The apartment is as advertised and is very clean and easy to use. Erik was very helpful and provided a lot of info to make the entry into the unit a breeze. Everything is new and in great condition and was a welcome change from the previous 30 days of our trip in other locations. Thanks Erik!

Fabulous apartment!

We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely Calpe apartment. The location was brilliant right on the beach. We stayed in October and the outdoor pool and the indoor pools were both open (bring a swimming cap for the indoor pool). The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. Gorgeous views from the balcony. We enjoyed walking to the old town in the evening. There are plenty of shops near by. The owner was really helpful. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

A perfect location for a family vacation

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was so convenient to the beach and the sea front for dining and shopping. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. All the necessary amenities were provided. My only warnings for future guests... The water heater is very small so a family of four will need to take very quick showers. The last to shower always had a cold finish. And the wifi was very difficult to connect to do don't rely on having wifi.

Nice clean modern property in a great location, steps from wonderful beach. Decent and many eatery's within minutes of apartment. Inside apartment was everything you could need cooking wise and beds and settee were very comfortable. Only slight gripe we had was dishwasher wasn't working throughout our stay despite three attempts to contact agency and whilst as just a couple this didn't really cause an issue I would imagine if the other two bedrooms were in use with more people staying there it might be an issue as the washing up area is quite small. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay there again. P.s. view of the rock from the balcony is amazing!

Perfect Apartment

We have been in Calpe several times in different apartments. However, this is the best one ! Also the complete apartment complex with its pools and the extremely short way to the beach is perfect. There is nothing one could miss. And the owner Erik and the agency MERCASA on site are more than helpful. I became really ill during our stay and without their help I would not have any chance to fly back. Thank you very much again !!!

Very Enjoyable.

In the main, the location and facilities of the apartment were extremely good, however two members of our party were not able to get their phones and pad on the Internet during the whole stay, and the other two members experienced intermittent reception most of the time. As none of us were familiar with the style of mixed microwave and conventional cooker, we would have benefited from more comprehensive operating instructions, particularly as we had difficulty getting on the Internet. Fortunately, we were able to work round these irritations and not allow them to impinge on our overall enjoyment of the stay.

Many thanks for your feedback. I am happy that, as a whole, you were pleased with your stay. I admit that the communal Internet connection could be better. It is not very fast and it happens that one has to reestablish the connection several times a day. However it surprises me that some members of your party did not manage at all to connect their devices. And for the combined traditional oven / microwave oven I take your point. We need to give more explicit instructions about the use as it can be a bit complicated.

Calpe - anders als erwartet

Wir waren drei Wochen in Spanien: je eine Woche in Alicante, Sevilla und Calpe, wobei Calpe den Urlaubsabschluss als Badeurlaub darstellte. Hatten vor dem Urlaub bezüglich Check-in umfangreiche Abstimmungen mit der Agentur und dem Vermieter: alles zur besten Zufriedenheit. Ebenso die Wohnung, die alles bietet was man braucht, auch wenn das Haus und die Wohnung schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen sind. Calpe mit seinen Hochhäusern und einer wenig reizvollen Altstadt wird aber sicher nicht unser Lieblingsort in Spanien und auch nicht an der Costa Blanca werden.

Top Wohnung in sehr schöner Wohnanlage!

Die Wohnung ist top renoviert und dadurch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sie befindet sich in der schönsten Anlage am Fossa Strand. Alles hat prima geklappt und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.
