Wunderbare Villa mit Pool 8 Autominuten von San Sebastian entfernt. Das Haus befindet sich in Hernani in einer ruhigen, aber sehr zentralen Lage mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, Bars, Supermärkte, Läden etc ... Wir haben auch einen privaten Parkplatz in San Sebastian, nahe dem Strand mit Fahrrädern zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das Haus ist komplett renoviert (Mai 2018)
Es besteht aus 5 Zimmern, 4 davon mit Doppelbett, davon 1 en Suite und ein weiteres Zimmer mit einem Ausziehbett. 3 Badezimmer und eine Toilette. Geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse und eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Thermomix, Nespresso, Mixer ....
Klimaanlage (kalt-warm) Internationale Kanäle, Smart TV, Wifi, PC mit Drucker ....
Der Pool, befindet sich im Garten, Grill, Bügeleisen, Paella. Es besteht auch aus einer großen Garage für 2 Fahrzeuge geschlossen.

Good location. Great outdoor seating areas. Pool had no steps or handrails to assist get in and out, bit trickier for an older crowd . Host was great and recomended great local restaurants. Would go again.

Lovely rental property

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The host was helpful with queries prior to checkin and was able to let us have access to villa earlier then planned. The check in process was very smooth and efficient. The villa was clean, spacious and the pool was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had three couples stay at the villa. We had an amazing stay in Hernani which has quick access to San Sebastian and other neigbouring villages. The villa was clean and well equipped. Underground parking was safe and secure. Although the temperatures were not great for enjoying the swimming pool there were two great outdoor areas which we did use for dinning and relaxing. Highly recommend this house for your stay in Sebastian.

Spacious home close to SAN Sebastian

We spent 10 days at Eli’s place. Great location, just 15-20 minutes by train or bus to San Seb. The house is spacious and clean. The heated pool was fantastic for our little grandson to swim in. The pool is heated, which was fantastic considering it was too cool to swim at the beach in San Seb on most of the days we were there. I would recommend this house.

Stunning home in a lovely little town

What a find! This home is gorgeous with everything top notch! There is a little place for tapas and drinks just across the street and market nearby. Good train service into San Sebastián or use of locked garage right in center of things. Elixabet is the perfect hostess and Basque Country unbelievably gorgeous!

Lovely house, spacious and hospitable!

We were a group of adults and teenagers. House was great - well stocked and clean! Hosts were on site to welcome us and very accommodating and communicative. We knew this was a bus ride from San Sebastian and it was; buses were generally easy to navigate and definitely ran frequently. The town it's in is nice. Quaint and mostly locals. It's great for off the beaten path travel that's close to a more touristy spot. This was our more chill few days between big cities and it worked perfectly.

Perfect villa, well equipped and fantastic host

This was our first time in Hernani and I can honestly say we had a great experience from the start. Eli our host was there to meet us and guide us to our apartment and parking area which is safe and secure underground car park. I felt the villa was very clean and had everything we needed.Eli let us know about good places to eat and nice bars to go to. Its a short bus ride into San Sebastien which is easy to negotiate.The pool was a nice addition we just didnt have the best weather all the time.

The perfect space

We loved our stay here, the space was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. Wonderful social spaces, plenty bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms and two outdoor seating areas, one with the pool for all day family fun! Hernani offered several options for eating out enjoying the local basque cuisine and wine. Lots of great delis, bakeries and smaller supermarkets within very easy walking distance. We bussed to San Sebastian most days, which was super straightforward. The train is also an option, a slightly further walk away from the house. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful!

Such a lovely villa - probably the nicest we’ve ever been lucky enough to stay in for a holiday. Everything was perfect. Elixabet was an excellent host who provided some great suggestions for our trip. The property was spotless, with an excellent kitchen, comfortable living space, and very nice bed linen and towels. Having the pool to come back to and relax in was amazing. Hernani is a lovely little town. There are good supermarkets and shops an easy walk from the villa, and a nice choice of tavernas. And it’s just a few minutes walk to the bus stop with a quick and regular direct service into San Sebastián.

A lovely stay

This is a lovely property and the host is extremely helpful. The property is immaculate and comfortable for 9 adults. It is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Hernani is a small working town with plenty of local bars and restaurants. There are plenty of local food shops in walking distance and large supermarkets within a short drive. We found people to be very friendly even though we spoke limited spanish and no basque. There is a bus stop within 200m with two bus routes going into San Sebastian centre. This takes about 15 mins. Trips to the coastal towns are easy by excellent roads - Hondarribia to the east and Getaria to the west take around 30-40 mins. Trips inland to national parks in Navarre are lovely especially if the coastal weather is a little wet. All in all a great property and wonderful area

This is a nice terrasse house in the village of Hernani. The house is well appointed and furnished to a high standard. The ground floor has a well appointed kitchen, a big dining table and an equally big sofa area. There are terraces on both sides of the house, meaning there is always a nice place to sit in shadow or sun, depending on preferences. The bedrooms were all nice and there were and with three bathrooms, one ensuite, it had what was required. The town centre was within a short walk, where there were a good few restaurants, and where you can take the bus to San Sebastian, which we did on some occasions. I recommend that rather than driving, since you probably end up parking in a parking house at the edge of town anyway, the bus gets you straight into center.The swimming pool was nice. Great for relaxing in. One end is very low, good for kids.It would have been nice if the house had a few simple things like salt, pepper, olive oil, but all of that had to be purchased. Shopping is a bit away, best done by car. As can be seen from above, the house was nice and met out needs. It is a bit sterile, all painted in white, a few colors here and there or a bit more pictures on the walls would help make the place feel more cosy and homely.The host was very friendly and helpful. She met us on the premises, gave us a quick run through of the place, recommended restaurants, and when we needed a taxi to go to the neighboring village she helped us arrange it.

Perfect house but some problems with Vrbo

The house was perfetct fro us , a group of 9 over 60 year. Good communication with host who was very responsible and followed up evey request we had. 2 things with the description, could not find correct address who gave us some challenge with Taxi from San Sebastian at arrival. And distance to San Sebastian with car/bus was nore the stated 8 min. We used 20-30 minutes. About Vrbo who facilitated the rent on behalf of us and teh host I must say we where not impressed. After arrival host called us say we have not payed for the house according to Vrbo, our order was canceled. I had payed the hole rent according to Vrbo home page and had confirmation on my side at Vrbo. Why host had other info in not accepatble. I had dialog with Vrbo via mail the first day shoved my receipt and bank. Was told Vrbo working with the case never received a note that Vrbo had soved this issue. Was told by the host that this was solved. I expect thing are in place when rent a place and not receive messages like no payment and have to pay again or move which was Vrbo told host .

Everything perfect

Though centrally located (shops round the corner) the house is sufficiently calm. Completely refurbshed the house offers whatever needed. The pool is a fine resting point before or after visits to Donostia and the great basque countryside.
