Loretopea is a luxury villa located in one of the most privileged and peaceful areas of San Sebastián, next to Ondarreta beach and surrounded by exclusive villas and classic cottages. It features:

• 4 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and the others with two 90 cm beds each.
• All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and smart TV.
• A fifth bathroom.
• Three living rooms.
• Living dining room.
• American kitchen.
• Working areas, in case you need to be connected during your stay.
• Two terraces, one on the main floor and the other on the top floor.
• Garage with direct access to the house.

All the spaces are distributed over five floors with an elevator. The villa is renovated and equipped with everything you need to enjoy a luxury family getaway or even a mid-stay holiday. It includes heating, wifi, and air conditioning on the top floor and the master bedroom, as well as a free crib and high chair upon request.

Lovely location

There is construction pretty close to the property, but it didn’t seem to get too loud. This wouldn’t be good for toddlers, as there are 5 flights of stairs. However, the elevator worked very well. We enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with hot water one morning and the management company responded immediately.

Beautiful home in lovely neighborhood

6 adults enjoyed the spaces that the home had and we loved the location because it was close to the beach and restaurants! Each bedroom having their own bathroom was great! Having garage parking was helpful. Room darkening shutters were awesome! The house was beautiful, clean and we felt totally safe. A few inconveniences I wish we would have been aware of: We had to go pick up keys and then go to the house. After a day of travel and arriving in a city we’ve never been to, it would have been nice to go straight to the home. There are no condiments or spices for cooking and we arrived Sunday evening and stores were closed. We woke up to absolutely no coffee pods or tea, and only 1 small ice tray, plus only 1 dishwasher pod, a tiny thing of soap and 1 roll of paper towels. Not a huge deal but the lack of little necessities was inconvenient and unexpected since those things are provided by most rentals, especially ones of this caliber. Overall, we would happily stay there again and next time we will come more prepared!
