Hervorragend modernes "Zuhause in der Ferne", professionell eingerichtet, 2 Schlafzimmer (Kingsize-Betten), 2 private Badezimmer Wohnung direkt im Herzen der Zona Romantica gelegen, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand, Cafés, saisonalen Bauernmarkt, Restaurants Unterhaltung, Bars und Geschäfte in der Altstadt oder einfacher Zugang zu anderen regionalen Sehenswürdigkeiten über die Zugänglichkeit zu den Verkehrsmitteln an der Ecke. Die fabelhafte Sky Terrace auf dem Dach bietet Ausblicke auf die Stadt, auf die Kirche, die Berge, das Meer und die Skyline sowie einen beheizten halbolympischen Infinity-Pool, eine Bar (saisonal), einen Grillbereich, eine Außendusche, Badezimmer und eine Gemeinschaftsküche verwenden. In jeder Etage des Gebäudes befinden sich 2 Aufzüge. Ein Sicherheitsdienst steht für alle Fragen zur Verfügung.
Dieses private Endgerät, das nur für Erwachsene geeignet ist, ist wunderschön eingerichtet und komplett für Ihren Aufenthalt ausgestattet. The location was perfect. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. There is a grocery store in the same building that had everything we needed to make our own breakfast and have cocktails on the roof. The pool and fitness room was great. We used both every day

Everything was amazing! Communication with Marion was seamless. Joaquin gave the best recommendations and would clean the house spotless every week. All of the amenities were in great condition. The pool and the gym had everything we needed and the location couldn’t have been better. Hope to stay there again in the future!

Great stay at Marion and Catherine’s condo ! Communication with host was great . Condo was very comfortable and very well stocked with everything you might need . Property manager Joaquin was there to meet us when we arrived and was available to answer any questions throughout our stay .

You feel welcomed as soon as you enter the 24-hour security manned lobby. The condo itself was well equipped with everything you could ever need, whether you're staying a few days or a few weeks. Space in the condo was perfect for two couples, you never never felt cramped. Beds were comfortable and the pool space on the 7th floor has a million dollar view of Zona Romantica. Can't wait to go back!

The only complaint I had was the internet did not extend into the far bedroom when the door was closed which was a nuisance but other than that the property, condo, roof deck, and proximity to everything was first rate.

Great condo and location. Joaquin was waiting for us when we arrived to show us the condo and give us tips about the surrounding area. Marion, the host, was quick to respond to all my questions and was very helpful. The condo had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds. We were a few minutes walk from the Malecón and surrounded by a lot of restaurants. The rooftop pool is must to catch a beautiful sunset. We can’t wait to go back and would definitely book here again.

Park 101

The condo and property were fantastic. The area and location were exactly what we wanted. Everything was all within walking distance. Puerto Vallarta was beautiful as usual. We will look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful Condo and Location

We stay at the Park every time we vist Puerto Vallarta. This was our first time at 101 and this was our favorite rental! Marion is wonderful and attentive. The condo is well stocked and comfortable. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Wonderful Experience!

We had a great stay at the Park. Our condo was equipped with everything we needed and the staff was very professional and friendly. The only negative was that the heater for the jacuzzi tubs were not working but aside from that we had no other issues. We would definitely stay at The Park again!

Everything I had wished for and more!

Marion and Catherine's home is absolutley beautiful! I loved the location, right smack in the middle of resturants, shopping, bars and so much more! Marion the owner was amazing from the start and always answered my questions very quickly! I loved, loved, loved their home. Stayed Oct 29-Nov 30, 2017 Thanks for sharing your home Marion & Catherine, as this allowed me to make so many amazing memories! I will be back!

The condo was nice & clean. We only had a few issues …the first was the washer leaked every time we used it no matter what setting…we were told dont put on automatic and we didnt but leaked every time….so about 4-5 towels were needed every wash. Wifi was really slow but that is normal. Besides the condo….the pool…..I tried to listen to some music on my Ipad quietly but front clerk made me turn it off…so I did and as I walked down the stairs from the pool area I fell….hit my face with my ipad and busted open my lip which was swollen the whole trip…and severely bruised my left shoulder & hip…luckily my head didnt hit hard on the step and only had a bump. The pool has green runners (dont walk anywhere else or else) but if you come down the step you are on slippery tile as well….the pool tiles need removed and a textured surface needs placed down..no wonder they said “no children” allowed ….crazy dangerous.

Amazing stay in a perfect location!

The apartment blew all of us away! We were 4 young women traveling together and the apartment was in the absolute perfect location in the romantic zone. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach, amazing bars ands restaurants all around us, and very safe. The bedrooms were very quiet despite being in such a great location. The pool was amazing with gorgeous views of the city and the bay. The front desk staff was very helpful and able to call cabs for us to an excursion that left from the marina early in the morning and to the airport when we were leaving. Having a market downstairs was perfect for essentials. The apartment itself had everything we needed from pool and shower towels, hair dryer, in unit laundry, a fully stocked kitchen including a coffee maker and blender, and more. Communication with the owners was always prompt and helpful. Would absolutely return!

Puerta Vallarta May 2019 was WONDERFUL

This property was fully equipped with everything you could ever imagine that you would need on a vacation. All the comforts of home, from kitchen gadgets to creative art. Clean and comfortable. The king beds and pillows were very comfortable. The decor in our unit was breath taking. The location was ideal, walking distance to anything that we wanted to do. Buses and taxi service basically at your door. A grocery store on site. The front desk staff were all very friendly. One block to the beaches along the Malecon, firework were visible from the roof top pool every night. We would definitely consider staying here in the future. Great condo and location - highly recommend it

We stayed for 3 weeks. Marion the owner was great keeping us updated upon arrival and any questions we had. The condo had everything you would need - plenty of towels, every kitchen gadget, dishes, glasses, nice knives, laundry and dishwasher soap, etc. Beds were super comfortable, nice appliances, furniture, and decor. The rooftop pool and deck had amazing views (both mtn and ocean) with a nice gas grill that is cleaned daily by the super friendly staff who also kept everything else (deck bathrooms/kitchen) super clean and looking great. It was never crowded and could always find a chair. The location is great - less than a block to the beach with numerous bars and restaurants - so many we ate almost all dinners out. I highly recommend this condo and building complex. We are now back to MI cold and missing the 82 and sunny every day temps.

Park Condominiums #101, Puerto Vallarta

This is a wonderful condo, beautifully designed in a clean contemporary style. Furnishings, fixtures and equipment were all superior and exceeded our expectations. The unit was so clean it felt brand new. The roof pool/lounge deck is spectacular. This is located in the heart of the Romantic Zone, and as such there is noise of buses, parties etc., but all to be expected, but shut the sliding door and all is very quiet. The building staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help with any issue. I will be very happy to stay here again. We were also fortunate to have the chance to meet the owners, and both were delightful.
