Do not exceed the permitted occupancy limit: up to 10 guests (children included)
Guests are not allowed to leave rubbish or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged
In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without the right to a refund

DAMAGE BOND
The damage bond is mandatory payment, which will be returned, if no damage is verified, by bank transfer up to 14 working days.
In case of damage being verified, the return of the remaining value may be delayed longer than usual, as it may depend on budgets.

Mandatory payment for all guests aged 13 and over.
