Diese 3 Zimmer ist sehr sonnig und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage mit Panoramablick: Meer, Cannes und Kette der Alpen. Es befindet sich im 1. Erdgeschoss einer Villa. Sie haben die Exklusivität des Pools, wenn Sie es wünschen.

Diese Villa wurde 2017 komplett renoviert und alle Zimmer sind mit einer umkehrbaren Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Im Rahmen des ökologischen Wandels wurde das Haus seit Sommer 2023 mit einer Photovoltaikanlage zur Stromerzeugung, Solarmodulen für Brauchwarmwasser und einer Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe ausgestattet. Eine überdachte Pergola, um Ihre Mahlzeiten draußen zu nehmen und eine Plancha zu kochen, ist Teil der Waren. Das WiFi-Netzwerk deckt das gesamte Anwesen ab.
Sie können in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu einem kommerziellen Zentrum; Sand- oder Felsstrände; zwei 18-Loch-Golfplätze; der nautische Club; der Reitclub und Tennis/ Padel-Plätze (2 Mountainbikes sind kostenlos verfügbar). Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sowie Kinderparks sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Auf der anderen Seite werden vom Rathaus von Ende Juni bis Anfang September kostenlose Shuttles zu den Stränden angeboten.
Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Ihr Auto in der Unterkunft zu parken. Ein Safe für Ihre wertvollen Gegenstände ist vorhanden.

Im Anwesen stehen Ihnen ein Swimmingpool mit Beleuchtung (unter Ihrer Aufsicht) sowie ein Fitnessstudio/ Bodybuilding/ Cross Trainingsplattform von 20m2 für Erwachsene und ein Petanque-Bereich zur Verfügung. Der Zugang zum Pool ist ausschließlich den im Mietvertrag genannten Personen vorbehalten. Die Zugangsbedingungen werden am Eingang angezeigt.
Für diejenigen, die Meditation praktizieren, können Sie mehrere diskrete Orte wählen und haben die Möglichkeit, 1 Satz Kissen und Teppich zu leihen. Diese 3-Zimmer-Wohnung ist völlig unabhängig vom Rest der Villa und ist perfekt schallisoliert.

There is nowhere nicer in this part of France to stay and relax than this beautiful property. Denis and Gigi are generous and attentive hosts who always make you feel welcome. So wonderful to arrive here after the long journey from the UK and discover a bowl of fresh fruit, water, wine and a very well-equipped kitchen! There's a fantastic coffee machine, an outside barbecue, and a great selection of reading material if you fancy lounging poolside with a good book.Nothing has been overlooked, with new parasols over sun loungers at the pool and a pretty garden featuring different seating areas to sit and relax. We look forward to our next holiday in beautiful Mandelieu La Napoule.

Spring vacation

This was our fifth vacation at this stunning villa. Everything is beautifully presented, and the swimming pool is saltwater, better for the skin than a chlorinated pool. We spent a few enjoyable days in the pool and played pétanque.Our hosts, Gigi and Denis, were incredibly kind and thoughtful. After a long drive from England, we were delighted to find a bowl of fruit, water, coffee, and more waiting for us. The villa's location is ideal, with a short walk or drive to the nearest supermarket and a fantastic patisserie five minutes away. We took a couple of trips across the Corniche road to appreciate the wonderful views of the Mediterranean and particularly enjoyed our annual visit to La Brocherie restaurant in Mandelieu La Napoule—amazing food! We've arrived back in the UK completely relaxed! Thank you Denis and Gigi.

Beautiful apartment

We've just spent the most amazing 10 days at Denis and Gigi's. The apartment is well equipped, beautifully clean and close to amazing beaches, great restaurants and local shops. The pool was a massive hit with our 3 year old daughter, it was always so clean and a big sun trap. The outdoor gym was a brilliant bonus too! Denis and Gigi were really accommodating and friendly and had lots of great tips on what to do. We can't rate it highly enough, we will definitely return!

Another amazing holiday!

Beautiful apartment fully kitted out with everything you need for a relaxing break. Outside BBQ, Sun loungers, dining table and chairs under a wonderful canopy. Beautiful gardens and terraces overlooking the bay of Cannes. The pool is fabulous and there is an outside gym. Superb quality bedding and beds and lots of fluffy towels. This is a beautiful property with amazing hosts. We've stayed here twice and just booked for 2023.

Welcoming, very comfortable, a lovely setting with views!

Denis greeted us warmly and acclimated us to the appartment which has been beautifully renovated. He checked in with us to make sure we were very comfortable and to answer any questions that came up. Denis also recommended restaurants and made reservations for us. Both restraints were notable with seating by the Sea. We enjoyed an early morning and late afternoon dip in the pool and wine on the terrace. We highly recommend this special place.

Home from Home

From the moment we arrived, our hosts Denis & Gigi, welcomed us warmly, helped us with our luggage, and made us feel at home immediately. The apartment/villa was immaculate, the pool clean, (including pool towels), and we had everything we needed for our stay. Our hosts were available if needed, but this was not necessary, as everything was in perfect order. The location is excellent and all facilities were just a short distance, including a huge supermarket. Charming hosts, perfect accommodation, gorgeous settings - all making for a wonderful holiday. The facilities at the apartment were excellent. We had everything we needed and we were able to walk down to the local boulangerie for fresh bread every morning. Our hosts were very approachable, but gave us complete privacy at all times. The space we had, inside and out, was amazing, and having sole use of the pool area really made everything perfect. We are cyclists and Denis was ready to suggest routes, and even invited us out on a ride, he and a friend were taking. We have the highest praise for their attention to detail, professionalism and friendly manner. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the South of France

Just...amazing!

We really liked the look of the house from the pictures and with such good reviews we felt confident booking...and it did not disappoint! But beyond the quality of the accommodation, the fantastic location, the generous layout, beautiful pool, top-class workout area and the little touches like colour-coded towels, one thing really stood out for us - our hosts Denis and Gigi. Never have we been made to feel so welcome and looked after - we followed as many of their recommendations as we could fit into our stay and enjoyed every one. Their efforts really made the difference for our holiday and lifted it from excellent to exceptional! Thank you :-)

Late September Getaway

This beautiful villa, designed for comfort and relaxation, is set in a tranquil area in the Mandelieu hills overlooking the bay of Cannes. The property features a wrap-around terrace for dining and relaxing. A few steps from the villa is a large, secluded swimming pool offering a good choice of sun loungers and seating with parasols. There is even secure parking on-site. Mandelieu-la-Napoule is a haven for visitors, offering a wealth of attractions within easy reach by car or on foot. Close by are some excellent restaurants at the La Napoule harbour and beach, a superb selection of shops, and a fantastic supermarket stocked with a wide array of fresh produce and wines; everything is just a stone's throw away. Five minutes walk from the villa, a reasonably new boulangerie sells the most delectable bread and pastries. The support and assistance from the wonderful hosts, Denis and Gigi, are second to none, making every stay in this beautiful house a memorable experience. We will return next year!

Another relaxing holiday

Our recent stay at this beautiful villa was a true pleasure, and we were thrilled to experience its charm again. The villa offers a stunning swimming pool with various comfortable sun loungers and a convenient poolside shower. The outdoor dining area, with a large table and pergola, also includes a smaller table and chairs on a wrap-around terrace, providing a perfect spot to relax, enjoy the pretty gardens, and eat al-fresco. The villa's modern and clean interior, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious shower, and laundry facilities, ensures a comfortable and relaxing holiday. During our stay in April, we were blessed with warm but pleasant weather, perfect for exploring the local area. We were spoilt for choice with the excellent selection of local restaurants, each offering a unique culinary experience. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our gracious hosts, Dennis & Gigi, for their warm hospitality and for ensuring our stay was exceptional. We look forward to our next holiday in Villa Lea.

The perfect relaxing holiday.

We've just enjoyed our third holiday in this beautiful villa. After a long drive from Wiltshire, unpacking and settling into such comfortable and chic accommodation with a welcome pack of fresh fruit and wine was lovely. Hosts Gigi & Denis are warm and welcoming, and the villa is spotlessly clean and inviting. The lounge, bedroom, and kitchen open onto a large wrap-around terrace with a dining area, BBQ, and steps down to beautiful terraced gardens. The gardens contain many fragrant shrubs, mature trees, and an abundance of colourful flowers. There is a fantastic private swimming pool with plenty of poolside furniture to relax on, soak up the sun, or use the on-site outdoor gym. The villa is in an elevated and peaceful position where you can enjoy fantastic views of the bay of Cannes and the surrounding hills and mountains. We love this part of Mandelieu-La-Napoule - the villa is close to all the fantastic local amenities, shops, restaurants, and beach, with easy access to the coast road and Massif de l'Esterel where you can take a scenic drive and enjoy all that the Côte d'Azur has to offer. We love it so much, we've just booked our 2024 holiday at this fabulous villa!

Dreamy Romantic Villa

Our stay at Denis and Gigi's property is everything I imagined a French Villa to be. The property is the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Everything you would need is provided from laundry detergent to hoover to mosquito repellents. The private use of the pool was amazing which we made use of everyday. The front garden/outside of the property is what sells it, the peaceful and tranquil setting with barely any traffic and the only traffic you see is helicopters taking off in the distance. The villa is set on a slight hill so it has breathtaking views towards Cannes and you can see a bit of the sea. If you wake up early enough the sunrise was gorgeous which we only managed to catch due to the timing of us checking out. The hosts live upstairs, so its comforting to know if you ever need anything they are there. But everything was so easy and to hand we didn't require any assistance. Every part of the outside from the patio, garden, balcony and pool area was so beautiful there is always an Instagrammable worthy shot. The flowers that drape across the master bedroom windows giving Rapunzel vibes was my favourite area of the property. Property is a 5 min walk to a large supermarket, pharmacy and McDonalds. No more than 30mins to Nice Airport. When we left on a Sunday morning we arrived in 20mins. Very easy to visit Cannes and Antibes. 100% Recommend and would love to stay again next time we are in the South of France. Thank you Denis and Gigi.
