Nagelneu im Jahr 2016! Das komplett eingerichtete 3 Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Bad-Wohnung im Herzen von Cuenca historischen Zentrum liegt verkehrsgünstig an der Calle Larga nur 4 Blocks vom Parque Calderon und den neuen und alten Kathedralen. Wir sind nur 100 Meter von der Rio Tomebamba.

Es gibt einen weiten Blick auf den Nationalpark El Cajas, die Berge und wir einen Blick auf den Fluss. Sie können am Abend in Ihrem Schlafzimmer liegen, zum Fluss zu hören, auf die Lichter von Cuenca blicken und die Kirche von Turi. Schauen Sie oben und die Sterne durch die Zwillings Oberlichter beobachten.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen begehbaren / Spaziergang durch Schrank zum schön eigene geflieste Dusche. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon mit einer Terrasse, Garten, schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt und el Cajas-Nationalpark.

Die beiden Gästezimmer teilen sich ein schönes Bad mit Dusche. Ein Schlafzimmer dient als Büro mit einem bequemen Pull-Down-Murphy-Bett mit einer Memory-Foam-Matratze. Die Wohnung ist für 6 - 2 Queen-Size-Betten und ein Doppelbett.

Die Küche verfügt über Full-Size-Kühlschrank, schwere Gasherd, Gasherd, Mikrowelle und top-rated Cuisinart Toaster über und Ninja Mixer. Alle Geschirr, Besteck, Messer, Schüsseln, Teller und alles, was Sie die frischen Produkte am 10 de Agosto Markt oder Tia Markt gekauft, um zu kochen, nur ein paar Schritte die Straße hinunter.

Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Edelstahl-Spüle und Geräte. Radio Sie zu unterhalten, während die Gerichte mit einem Fenster Waschen der Orchideengarten mit Blick auf.

Essbereich verfügt über einen Tisch mit Platz für 6 entworfen und gebaut von Cuenca Top-Möbelhersteller, Luriq. Built-in banquette für potlucks und Nilson Rea entworfen Rädern, Granit gekrönt Insel für prep.

Das Beste zum Schluss: Balkone des Rio Tomebamba mit Blick auf jeder Etage. Die untere Etage für, wenn es regnet und die obere für private Nacht Glas chilenischen Wein und ecuadorianische Schokolade. Der Waschtrockner Combo wird aus dem MBR Balkon. Beide Balkone gehören schöne Edelstahl, nach Maß Pflanzer. Die untere Etage für Kräuter und in der obersten Etage mit drei kleine Bäume für von der benachbarten Penthouse der Ansicht, Screening.

INCREDIBLE! There's not a better place to stay in the heart of Cuenca than this location. The host is absolutely amazing and prepared the most fabulous welcome for me. There was food, coffee, treats, fresh flowers and a person to meet me when I arrived. I've never had this happen before at any of the places I've stayed. The apartment overlooks the river, the city and the mountains. It's quiet, it's beautiful, it's comfortable it's heaven. There are a ton of good restaurants, bars, shopping, bakeries and food markets - everything is so close by. If you're looking for a place to stay in the center near the historic district don't miss this opportunity. I promise you you will not be disappointed. I truly hated to leave.

Perfect home away in Cuenca

Amazing place, location, & hospitality in the heart of Cuenca

This apartment is fantastic. The caretaker, Cecilia, was wonderful on our arrival, and she set us up with everything we needed. The place is spotless, modern, comfortable, well-equipped, and quiet! The location can't be beat--overlooking the River, but also with immediate access to the historic downtown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in C2 while in Cuenca for the fifth time. This condo is well appointed and located on Calle Larga with good access to all downtown sites, markets, restaurants, etc. We will be back.

Perfect Location with Fantastic Views

Great Apartment and Great Trip

A great apartment and very well supplied with everything needed for a perfect vacation in Cuenca. Also, wonderful views of the mountains and nearby river from the master bedroom and living room terraces. Our on-site condo manager Cecilia was invaluable in making our stay perfect. Overall, my wife Ann and I highly recommend this property for those visiting wonderful Cuenca.

Great spot for long term exchanges in Cuenca

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Cuenca is a great city with lots of things to do. We were warmly welcomed by the property manager when we arrived. The condo is excellent with beautiful views of the Rio Tomebamba and southern Cuenca. Nice people in the complex too. We hope to stay again in the coming years.

Great place in a great location!!

The title says it all. Up on the cliff between the lower south side which is newer, wider streets and sidewalks and the historic district. Three blocks to the Central Park, a block to an incredible fresh food market. Close to pretty much everything. This was the third time we rented this apartment and we’ve already booked it for next winter.

This is our 3rd stay at this wonderful condo. It is a great location, four blocks from main square plus it looks out over the river. It is a spot of tranquility with a very bustling city right outside the complex's entry door. It's comfortable, everything works. The building manager is very responsive to questions. Good info package. We've already booked for next year.

Living in Cuenca

Location, location, location. The condo is just as advertised and is located in the historic section of Cuenca so we walked everywhere. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular, especially for the New Year Eve fireworks. Cecilia, the property manager was super accommodating and promptly met all our needs during our month long stay. . Highly recommend this property. Chet

Retired computer programmer and world travelers. Settled in Cuenca and spend the winter there. The rest of the time we live in another paradise, Ashland, OR. We also rent out rooms in this center of Shakespeare/Hiking/Good dining/and enjoyment.

We first came to Cuenca on a trip to Ecuador (Galapagos, Amazon Rainforest, Highlands and Cuenca) in 2007. We stayed with the developer's family in 2009 in their apartment building just down the street from where we are now. At the end of that time, we asked to be kept up to date on new developments, especially on the barranca or river valley of the Tomebamba.

In 2014 we got an email from the developer's wife, saying there was this place on Calle Larga and were we interested? Yes indeed! We expressed our interest with an offer on one of the few remaining apartment (the developer had been featured in the New York Times for the Juan Jaramillo apartment/remodel).

Offer accepted and we are here. It was more work finding furnishings and everything to live with in Cuenca, but I think, when you see our place, you'll say it was worth it.

Cuenca is unlike any other city and Ecuador, UNESCO World Heritage Site, is unlike any other country (in our experience of 50+ countries). Great climate, wonderful restaurants, beautiful walks along safe streets and the river just behind our apartment and nice Ecuadorean people. 'Nuf said.
