Magnolia & Camelia is a splendid independent property, composed of one main villa with its annex, beautifully set in the countryside of Mugello area.
The farmhouse is set in an isolated position and this ensures tranquility and intimacy for the best enjoying of the holiday.

Independent villa with 19 +3 sleeps, consists of a farmhouse and a barn.
Magnolia has 15 +1 sleeps.
On the ground floor there are a loggia with wood stove, a large living room with satellite TV, fireplace and access to the outside, a small living room with fireplace and access to the outside, a dining room with table for 16/18 seats, a kitchen with oven, freezer, dishwasher, dining table for 4 people and access to the outside, a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with shared bathroom with shower, both with a step at the entrance, one double bedroom and one twin .
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower , a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and one ottoman bed .

Casa Camelia has 4 +2 sleeps.
On the ground floor there are a living room with double height with table suitable for 8 people, satellite TV and a beautiful kitchen with oven, freezer and dishwasher, a balcony overlooking the living area with utility room, a living room with sofa bed and bathroom with bath, a double room with ensuite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden, a master bedroom with loft with bathroom with shower.


Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any heating consumption is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week. Toddler bed € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
