Great proximity and views!

We very much enjoyed staying here! The view is lovely, the convenience to all things Hilton head is fantastic and the walk to the beach is super simple. The pool was nice as well. This particular property could use some updating to the kitchen and the bathrooms but all in all quite a great value! We would stay here again.

The view was gorgeous and the location is nice and convenient right by Coligny. The pool was very clean and a nice size. The bedrooms were updated and clean but the kitchen and bathrooms are very outdated and are in desperate need of updating.

Comfortable Space and Perfect Location

This was a very comfortable place to stay. As a multi-generational family of 9, we had room to gather together and spread out. The location was perfect. We walked for lunch and ice cream and had a short drive for dinner. The view of the beach and pool was perfect. We were very pleased with our experience.

Perfect!

Everything you need is in walking distance. We were only there to enjoy the beach and be together. We did go out to eat several times and we walked each time. We had a great time!

Condo had amazing views and easy beach/pool access

Great location - walking distance to bike rentals, shopping and dining. Steps from beach and pool. Amazing views from terrace. Condo was decorated nice, kitchen and baths a little dated but worked fine. Bunk bed room was a big hit for kids!

July 2019 Stay

Awesome vacation. Once the reservation was made, we didn’t need to lift a finger. Everything was provided for us - all we had to do was make it down here from South Jersey. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this to anyone interested in vacationing in Hilton Head.

Fantastic Mom’s Weekend!

This is our 3rd time staying at this property. We love the location, it’s super easy to get to shops and restaurants, the beach is right there and the pool and hot tub are great. The condo itself is big and spacious. The host communicated great through text, which I prefer. The kitchen is well equipped. We had a fantastic time! We will definitely be back!

The location is great! We walked to dinner and shopping, and we loved that! The beach access and pool area were also top notch! Check in and check out was very easy. The condo needs some attention to minor details. The curtain rod and a couple bathroom rods were falling out of the wall. Maintenance did come and fix them. There were stains on the couch decorative pillowS and the carpet needs replaced.

Great location and amazing views. Condo was a great layout with plenty of room, well stocked and clean. Management company was responsive to questions, booking was easy and check in was a breeze with the app and door codes. Some minor maintenance needed- replacing light bulbs, screen door locks, etc. Overall, an exceptional value and we were very pleased.

Family vacation

The resort was outstanding, close to everything and the beach. Now the room had an excellent view of the pool and beach. It was very outdated by at least 10-15 years on everything and especially the mirrored wall in the dining area. Really disappointing for the money we spent the owner has not taken more pride in what could be an outstanding experience for everyone to enjoy!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shorewood Villas are located near Coligny Plaza and are very nice. Our condo was an end unit which allowed us great views of the ocean and pool area. The condo is in need of some deep cleaning and updates but overall was nice.

Location!!!

Location was perfect! Views were outstanding. Condo, was clean however very outdated and could use a little work for the money. There was plenty of parking, but if you had more than two cars they were not able to accommodate you; we had two daughters join us from different states and needed three parking passes and they wouldn’t budge… bring your own washcloths and trash bags! Overall I would stay there again because no where is perfect and it was a lovely place! Staff was quick to respond and provide necessary items.

We do provide a list of all the items in the guest portal that we recommend guests should bring with them to have the very best experience so there aren't any surprises. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of Shorewood Villas! We had a great vacation over the 4th of July. The condo had fantastic views! The arrangement of the three bedrooms was perfect for us. My only suggestion is that their kitchen and baths could use upgrading. I would not let this keep me from staying here in the future if I needed three bedrooms.

Great Condo - Would Rent Again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo in an excellent location - right on the beach, HUGE pool and 1 block to Coligny Square. The unit was very clean and well-stocked - some small maintenance needed (light bulbs, towel bars tightened, patio locks) but we were very pleased overall. The management company made the rental process VERY easy - responsive to questions and maintenance requests, answered questions on the free activities included, brought us a bottle of wine!
