Thanks Rachel, we were thrilled to have you. We have now changed Wi-Fi providers who have guaranteed super fast broadband.

I am blown away with your comments as I have been letting for 2 years and this is the first set of negative comments I have ever received. The cottage has been fully let, all year & I have had no feedback of the issues you have raised, even after your stay. However, I would welcome the opportunity to invite you back to show you the improvements which will all be addressed by 30/11/2016. 1. I never gave any thought to the visitors book, I bought it because it was pretty. All comments in that book are genuine and none have been removed. 2 & 3. The mould was treated on 14/10/16, I am not sure what had caused it, as I have not experienced these issues before. 4. The seal in the washing machine will be replaced, I think it is the lack of use which has caused this. 5. I am sorry to learn the wifi was not working. I did have issues in 2015 but Open Reach are very proactive in sorting any issues quickly. I wished you had contacted me as I am sure they would have sorted it for you. 6. New furniture has been ordered. 7. I have hesitated in ordering a new mattress as a lot of my reviews comment on the lovely beds and the excellent sleeps, guests have had. Even the guests 3 weeks after your stay, have commented on the beds. Thank you for your feedback & as previously stated, I welcome you back to witness the improvements I have made.

Hi Emma I am glad you had a lovely stay and would return, we will be happy to have you. Did you check the water heater switch was turned on, there is normally enough hot water for 2 to 3 days . I am assuming the previous guests had turned it off by error. I am sorry about this. I do hope you return soon. Thanks Rosie

We believe the location of the cottage suits all types of guests. The proximity to Lligwy beach is great whilst you still get peace & tranquility of the hamlet.

In my 5 years of holiday let’s, this has to be the most challenging case I have managed. My housekeeper cleaned the cottage in her normal way, thoroughly, she obligingly returned to clean through again after the first complaint came in. Throughout the guests stay, I offered various options to accommodate her demands but clearly I was never going to satisfy them. I pride my cottage on its cleanliness, my housekeeper does a wonderful job and this is evident in all the reviews I receive. Interesting if you look at reviews before and after this guests stay, you will see the high cleanliness standards still remain. Most guests appreciate that this is an 18th century cottage with character & stay because they want to experience a part of this.

Thank you for the review and I am sorry that your holiday was spoilt by the roadworks caused by Isle of Anglesey County Council. I was only notified about the road works 2 days before your stay, so was unable to give you any further notice. I did as much as possible to delay them but a Steven A. Jones BEng (Hons).- Engineer- Highways Department advised that the work required was Highway Surface Water Drainage Improvements and because of grant allocation the work had to start immediately. As you will now be aware, the cottage is in a small hamlet and these road works is the most activity we have seen in years. Now the work has been completed tranquility has resumed. I hope you have the opportunity to return to experience the peacefulness of our village in the near future.
